50 beers of myriad styles on tap! Had a couple of brews and both were delicious (pale ale & imperial IPA). Great value on their happy hour menu. Ordered fish and chips for only $5. The cod was scrumptious, fries were great, and the tartar sauce had some nice heat to it. Great patio to spend an evening. The outdoor lighting creates a warm, inviting ambiance.

Second stop on our Eastside Pub Crawl. This place is quite large with several things going on. We headed over to the Beckman taps and ordered there. Good service didn’t try the food. Extensive tap list from varied breweries, just a few from Buckman that day. Tried the Ginger Pale Ale, not bad. Food looked good from what I saw.

Gigantic place with large outdoos area as well as several rooms inside. They have different bars serving different beers. The selection is very good as is the service

I’ve always said, "If you don’t like smoking, don’t go to place x." Well, I won’t be returning to Green Dragon. They allow smoking on the patio, and I don’t mind s little smoke, but it was fucking distracting. Most places have banned it, and for the life of me I don’t understand why they would allow it, even if only on the patio. The food, tap selection, and service are all very mediocre, if not, flat-out unimpressive. With so many other options in town, you’re simply wasting your time. I hate to sound like an asshole, but this place was just not very good, and I have no reason to return. Adios.

Visited on an early Friday afternoon in March 2016. Located around 25 minutes walk from my hotel, (Marc Spencer) very close to the Cascade Barrel House. I liked this rather big and relaxed place. The selection was really good, both own beers and guests. (Pliny the Elder among the latter ones) The service was friendly and fast. I also liked that one could buy bottles to go from two fridges located in the room. Cascade, Fat Heads and this place was the best ones during my visit to Portland.

Solid stuff. Rogue pricing on the food and the drink. Great location for part of a pub crawl. Great patio, has decent events throughout the year. It’s not too unique but it’ll do in a pinch.

Across the street from Cascade Barrel House. Crazy amount of taps. Only flights they do are the Buckman beers, which is total bullshit in my book. Stop being lazy! You have the glassware already.

Visited on a Sunday evening in November 2015. Large L-shaped brewery and beer hall. 2 bars offering around 60 taps of beer from across the USA. Tried a few beers here and all were decent quality, prices not too high. It does feel a bit scruffy and basic but for a good range of beer it’s worth a trip.

This place was kind of goofy. They have two beers and a small brewing system. The two bars have different offerings, including one that has all the house beers (Buckman Brewing). All told it’s something like 60 beers on tap and there are definitely some interesting choices, mostly from Oregon and Washington breweries.

I mostly came here to try the house beers and honestly, I was less than impressed...they were quite...bad overall. So I’d say stick to the "guest" taps if you’re here.

The inside was kind of empty, even though it was a Friday night. They seemed to have a patio out back that was fuller and more happening, though...so maybe that’s where all the cool kids sit.

Overall, just got kind of a "meh" vibe from this place, even though the beer selection is pretty eclectic and decent.

Visited in the early afternoon on Monday June 29, 2015. Got the bus over the bridge, think it was the number 15 line, stopped around SE Belmont St and SE 9th Ave if I remember correct, saw the Green Dragon from the bus stop, very short walk over. Likely can also park on the street. Fairly large area inside, seems to be some seating in the back outside as well, though we never went there. 5 beers from Buckman available, also a bunch of guest taps. I didn’t eat, ny mates had some of the happy hour food that they enjoyed though. Very good service. Located very close to Cascade. I’d go back for sure if I had the possibility to do so.
