"New" brewery at same location "Pivovar Borsov".

First visit 2008:
Only visited the upstairs pub, didn’t eat. Menus were in Czech and Russian, not often I’ve seen that. Tried the house beers which were OK. Nice prices for being so close to the tourist walks and the Charles bridge.

Second visit on June 1, 2011.
Walked into the cellar though it was closed, to check out the brewing equipment. Looked nice to sit as well. Spent some time in the room next to the door, we seated some 16 of us and had some beers. Nice place. Did not eat this time around either.

The first customers on a Thursday morning - so service was quick and friendly. 2 beers, both pretty good.

Sort of side street in Stare Mesto. Vaults n wooden interior. Nice femme kitchen tanks served. I chose a goat in cheese, I thought, but the goat hade made the cheese and left. Nice cheese dish to beers! And they have 3 beers - not 2. But sometimes not all available. The half dark is rezane. At entrance bottle display. Slava Czechii. Get all your beers available.

As has been commentated on before this place is fairly quiet. No tourists or locals. Beer brewed downstairs and a choice of light and dark beers. Uninspiring.

Another good brewery. Nice & simple - just light and dark, but very good ones.

Located not that far from Old Town Square. Beers are average to poor. Service is ok. Quite empty during my visit. Not much charm. Like a tourist trap without tourists. Or locals...

Stumbled in to this with Shaun and my parents. I can’t believe it never registered with me before. Beer brewed onsite in the sizeable basement. Almost nobody in the place. They have 2 beers. A dark and a light. They also sell impossibly expensive Italian Strong ales. Rocket fuel. They also sell a range of Faberge eggs. No jokes. This is a strange place. Not neccessarily in a good way. Stop by though eh? It’s right in the centre on a side street within 500 metres of Charles Bridge.

Visited July 2012. Very roomy, lots of places. Good service and a good tmave.

Poor service, ace_girl food, the beer is passable, I don’t feel like it return
