I remember going here mid 90s and being gob-smacked that such a trendy bar/restaurant/cafe made a fuss about beer! Unfortunately beer quality was below par but they did experiment with beer such as Apricot beer. Way ahead of it’s time.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. Bad beers in unprepossessing setting. For completists only. Service was good in that the bar tender gave out a quite generous free taste of the beers so we ended up trying them and walking out without having to pay for the experience.

Terrible taste, unless you like bad homebrew that hasn’t had five minutes to mature, rude staff and a clinical atmosphere. I have no hesitation in giving this the lowest possible score.

Bleah -- bad beers in a setting dominated by an attempt at trendy.

Ikea waiting room. Expensive. Infinity mirrors in the loo are great, but the rest of the set up is dull and charmless. Used by office oiks who have no idea what they are drinking but they feel the place is more up-market than the Sammy Smiths and Green King pubs in the area. The beer is not good. Even Sammmy Smiths beers are better!
