Went here for an early Sunday Dinner. Decent sized place with a large bar that has seats with little spacing in between. Modern vibe to the place. The bar tender was friendly and I was nice to be able to have a conversation compared to Kickbacks. Happy hour pizza was dirt cheap but I opted for one of the fancier ones. The pizza was a tad high $ but it was outstanding. Beers on tap were around the 20 range and varied in style, region. I had a few new ticks, had a good pizza. very nice.

When I visited: Late March 2014. What I had: Intuition Ale Works I-10 IPA, Rivertowne Vanilla Porter, and Green Flash Green Bullet Triple IPA on tap, Wood-fired Limoncello Wings and House Caesar Salad to start, Mahi Mahi and Margherita Pizza for entrees, several White Haven Sauvignon Blancs for my girlfriend. What I liked: Large selection of draughts from across the U.S., impressive wine list, attractive interior, good crowd that minds their own, delicious Italian-American fare, convenient location, we enjoyed our booth overlooking the dining room and wood oven. What I disliked: Service was so-so, bottled beer list needs improvement, and prices are on the high side. However, on the whole we really liked this place. Would I go back? Absolutely. Pele’s is a great option for dinner and drinks in the Riverside area. Overall Rating: 80

Nice looking place on King st. We had lunch and it was decent. Can’t remember what I had, but we were so-so on the food generally. Good sized tap list for a restaurant with typical crafts mixed with locals. I had a Bold City 1901 and K had a Jai Alai. Wouldn’t be upset to find myself here, but wouldn’t seek it out.

Newer upscale pizza place on King St next door to Beer:30 and down the street from Kickback’s, Dahlia’s, Rogue/Loft/Independent. High ceilings, modern decor. Tap list is large for this type of place, selection was good with a few oddball beers like Kona Koko Brown, Meantime Coffee Porter, Weyerbacher Insanity and then a good dose of local beers from Engine 15 and perhaps some others. Flights are available in some really nice mini stemless snifter things. Service was quick though beer knowledge was lacking, they were very friendly. Main problem was that the server wasn’t completely sure what was on the tap since the list on the menu was out of date. Many things I ordered he thought were kicked, but ended up still being on tap. Just a little bit annoying. Pizza quality was high, but the prices are steep. Around $15-18 for a medium pizza that can feed 1 person well or be split with 2 people plus an appetizer. TVs along the bar to watch sports games. Fun place, sort of like an Al’s pizza quality wise but with the taplist to boot. Good place to peek in if you are in the are and need to grab food before hitting the beer bars on King St.

Another place on King Street! One of about 1,000. Cool place on the corner of King and Park, sort of a fancy restaurant inside, but not "bring a jacket/tie" type of fancy. The service is always prompt and friendly, but don’t expect expert beer knowledge. Luckily their beer menu is laid out pretty well if you aren’t sure about what something is. Average selection for the area - lots of local taps and some good craft selections. I’ve only had food once, and just appetizers, and it was pretty good, but maybe a bit pricey for what it was and how much we got. Overall, stop in for some (potentially) tasty pizza or brunch and you’ll have some good taps to enjoy, but don’t seek it out as a beer destination.
