76 I’ve visited this place about 6 times in the past couple of years while visiting my Fiance’s family. First off, this isn’t a craft beer bar, it simply has some craft beer. I haven’t noticed any seasionals, but staples include Two Hearted, Dogfish 60/90, and a few other solid craft brews. The bar itself is a little small, but the bartenders are very attenative though their beer knowledge has never been anything worth noting. There are a couple of downsides worth noting: All beers are on nitro, and they use chilled glasses, not the most ideal practices for your standard IPAs. The positives though are such that the food is great, though a little pricey. The restaurant side is quiet and cozy and definitely a good place for a slightly nicer than usual night out. The wine selection has also improved every time I visited, which is just a bonus in my mind. All in all its a place with an upscale feel, borderline gourmet food, a good wine selection, that happens to have a few good craft beers on.
EDIT: I forgot to mention, they have live bands on the barside on weekend nights! |
