Visited many times over the years going right back to the days when they had 10 casks (not many pubs had than many back then) and if you completed the "Truscott Ten" at a single sitting you got your name added to the roll of honour on a board on the wall. After a spell as a cocktail bar it reverted to a pub - albeit one with gastro leanings - serving a reasonable, if not exceptional, range of (mainly) London "craft" beers on cask & keg. Closed suddenly in August 2016 after an outrageous 300% rent hike. The building changed hands recently and is due to reopen as a gastropub in late 2017.

Visited on 11th May 2016. Large single roomed pub. U shaped bar with 4 handpulls and a decent array of keg taps. Had 3 Truscott Arms beers on Keg. Lager, Stout and IPA. The staff said the IPA is brewed by Wells so I surmise it’s a rebadged of Triple Hopped IPA. Nice feel to the place as the large windows make it light and airy. Plenty of seating. Beer range is decent enough. Prices north of £5 a pint though. It’s a decent local boozer.

Bright and airy pub rescued from a spell as a cocktail bar. Light grey decor dominates. Decked area at rear and outside seating at front. Four cask ales from Londonbreweries (Moncada, Trumans, Redemption, Sambrooks) and a selection of Camden Town and London Fields keg including Shoreditch Triangle. Bottled beers are from London breweries along with organic and gluten free beers from further afield.
