Like the previous reviewer said, it is a cheap knockoff of Kuma’s. He is right! Burgers are good to almost great. Probably a top 10 in the city, not quite as good as Kumas. Tap selection is just ok, bottles are not that good. Tuesday are 1/2 price burgers. Place was not as packed as Kumas gets. Overall a nice place with good food and decent taps.

This place just makes me angry. Maybe its the terrible death metal that blares while the staff sings along, or the 12 TV’s playing a death metal concert that doesn’t match up with the radio, or the fact that’s a blatant and cheap knock off of Kuma’s. From the set up, to the food selection to the music, it just reeks of desperation. The atmosphere is totally confusing, nice marble tops, 12 tvs, neon lights and then death metal, what are you thinking? The drafts are ok, bottle list is boring and a grab bag of every readily available American and Belgian beer. The food is the same set up as Kuma’s, crazy toppings with a choice of veggie, chicken or beer. The burgers are indeed ok, and the service is ok but that’s not remotely enough to have me come back or mock them to anyone I know.

Someone needs to finally rate this place. I have visited twice in the past month. Basically, b/c Thursday is half off all drafts, that deal is pretty unbeatable. Selection is decent, one crap tap (Stella) and rarely any other imported taps. Otherwise, hop centric selection, well picked and a mild local rarity thrown in once in a while. Its a burger place with a prison theme. Burgers a bit pricy for my standards. Tuesday is half of burgers day and that is a great time to go. The theme of the place is loud rock concerts on TV at all times. So, not the best place to talk or think. But the outside seating is better. I would not go unless it was Tuesday or Thursday and only if I could sit outside.
