No Longer In Business

This is a good place around the Dekalb Sycamore area, it is a higher end place that does not have that Dive feel that most liquor stores have to them. The selection is pretty good, not the largest but pretty quality, and i have picked up some really cool things like Goose Island Rastal Glasses for free with purchase there before. I don’t think they will be there for much longer, as i believe the owner got hired away to run the HyVee alcohol dept just down the street, which now has a similar feel as you would expect.

Small place and I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Narrow store with spirits and wine up front and a very nice selection of microbrews and imports in the back. A lot of single bottles for sale. It’s hidden back behind the Aldi store (near Target), but well worth a stop if you are in the area. Still, Lundeen’s just down the road in Sycamore has a larger selection.
