Should not be listed on Ratebeer. No longer carry any micro bottles, only two seasonals (Sam Adams and Leines) on tap. There are better places in town that I’m not going to bother even putting into the Ratebeer database because, even though they are better, THEY aren’t worthy of mention either. Skip this place unless you just want a regular, small bar with mediocre beer.

6 micros on-tap, around 30 micros and imports in bottles. Usually one to two seasonal beers. The owner Tony Calhoun has designed a place that is a change of pace in a town filled with college/frat bars or drunken dives. Quiet low key environment, intimate seating. A good place to enjoy a tasty ale or lager. The downtown area is improving with new restaurants and speciality stores opening on the square, but this beer bar is located next to a frat-boy/college bar, so late at night sometimes you have to deal with rowdy drunken students and the accompanying police presence.
