I like this store, because they came to a fork at the road where they could have done one of the following: a.) had things nicely laid out and displayed or b.) cram in as much as possible. They chose b, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! This was my first good liquor store, so it has a special place in my liver. Nice selection of singles and sixers. Mostly unchilled. EDIT: Since my last visit (which were few and far between, as I lived out of state for a while) this store has completely changed. The beer selection has diminished considerably, and while they still have quality beers, they lack the variety that they used to carry. I’m VERY disappointed! Staff is still knowledgeable about their good wine selection, but what do I care about wine?

As MI2CA stated, nice selection of domestic micros. I found 2 bottles of Maverick Imperial Stout a few years back. A little crowded but still worth a stop if you are close by.

Nice selection of regular Midwest micros including Bell’s, FFF, Founders, Dark Horse, DFH, etc. Also good selection of imports. Prices are better than Kahn’s but not much is cold. Employees are knowledgable and ask if you need help finding anything. Also sell wine, scotch, and cigars.
