ContemplateBeer  (154) Louisville, Kentucky | November 27, 2013
PROS: Nice space, reminiscent of a simple British pub feel. Lots of wood, brick, painted paneling. A few TVs to watch UK struggle against mediocre teams. Service was friendly and attentive, though they were not busy. Prices were fair. CONS: Did not have any other measure except a "pint" (a shaker). Selection was mostly phoned in, and could use more KY flavor (some Alltech, one Country Boy, West Sixth IPA/Amber in cans, no Louisville beer or from any other KY city). Food was mediocre, though not bad. No kids menu, but some of the appetizers fit the bill (only the half-pound "Gooseburger" without a smaller kids option, for instance). OVERALL: Nothing to go out of the way for, but an acceptable eatery while in the Midway area, which is quite pretty and at times charming (Full disclosure- my father’s family is from here, so I’m somewhat biased to like the area). Free parking on the street throughout the area.
