Near hwy located at large plaza/mall. Plenty of space to park. Large brewery/restaurant. Sat at bar. They offer samplers. Service was friendly. Beers were quiet good. Worth of stopping by.

Visited on 11th October 2017. Brewpub on a main road in a giant trading estate sort of affair. Plenty of parking. Large single room divided up between bar and restaurant. Decor is pretty smart. Beer range is pretty good with around 12 beers on tap. Tasting flight available and tried 4 beers, quality was OK, service good. Prices not bad either. It's not a world beater but is solid enough and worthy of stopping by

ambiance: Main drag place, feels like a remodeled TGIFriday’s, with booths and tables and a medium-sized bar, but more upscale. Lots of beer paraphernalia around, including grain sacks, and you can see the brewing area from inside. service: We were in early in the day to start our Frederick beer tour; service was attentive and personable. It was not crowded. selection: All their own stuff, which is fine. About a dozen on offer, with a focus on IPAs, saisons, and pales, with a porter and stout for good measure. food: Solid if unspectacular. The mac and cheese was a standout. value: I seem to recall it was pretty decent. overall: According to my Frederick peeps, this place used to be pretty lousy, with bad previous ownership/management and mediocre beers. They’ve changed over within the past couple years. Every beer I tried at this place was at least decent, and several were excellent. Definitely worth stopping in.

Has the feel of a chain sports pub, but nice tap list across all styles. Pretty spacious, and could deal with large crowds. Small ptio had live music. Food smelled good, even though I didn’t eat. Beers better than I had expected.

Brewpub situated in a shopping mall. 8 tap beers that can be purchased in a flight. The brewing kit can be seen through the glass to the left of the bar. The beers are average. Friendly bartender. Food menu available but we didn’t eat.

Standalone building in a strip. Kind of a grill house restaurant sort of feel to it. Tiny tasters offered of all of the beers for about $.50 each, which was pretty cool. About 13 or so house beers on tap. The hoppy stuff was solid, I thought. Service was very good - the bartender was a pro at both efficiency and hospitality. I talked to a brewer for a bit, and he was very friendly and helpful. Wings were on special at a very nice price, so I had 4 of those, and they were very good. Beer is decent, but it’s worth stopping by if you want to try a bunch of new stuff for a reasonable price.

Haven’t been here in awhile, doing our Sunday shopping at nearby Target decided to check it out. I’ll agree with the typical restaurant layout, my wife actually asked me if this was a chain (it isn’t). Staff were friendly, beer was decent and the food was good. The malted barley candles were cool. Will this place replace my regular trips to Brewers Alley? Nope. But something to hit up here and then if in the area.

As others have mentioned, this place isn’t as good as Brewer’s Alley, both in terms of food and beer. The beer prices are reasonable and the service is good, but the beer really isn’t and that’s what we are all there for anyway. Skip this joint unless you are looking for a tick.

Stopped by while in town for business. Typical restaurant layout. Food was pretty good; got the crab cake on top of hamburger meal. Service was good. Beers were a bit disappointing. There were a few that were decent though. There is a better brewery restaurant in downtown Frederick called Brewers Alley (in my opinion).
