94 Just plain awesome food and selections. |
68 I was here aboute 2003 when I work at Pharmacia & Upjohn and was aat an exchange between the Swedish site and the American site for 3 months. OK food but nothing to remember. Had a big selection of different cans and bottles but perhaps not the best beer from the different countries (at that time). They har Pripps from Sweden wich at that time (and now) isn’t one of the better beers from Sweden. |
70 Stopped in here last weekend after having gone many times in the past. The draft selection is a bit mediocre. Normally there’s a Bell’s draft and that’s about it for craft. That’s normally Two Hearted, but they unfortunately switch that tap to Oberon during the summer. Bottle menu has 300 or so entries. Ambiance is laid back with a bid cichlid-filled fish tank at the front. Service is always cordial, though beer knowledge is not high. |
60 A restaurant/bar that my wife and I stopped into to check out because it was decently rated on RB. I was disappointed. The bartender was nice, but she didn’t know beer. They have a decent international selection, but their U.S. Beer selection is embarrassing, as is their draft selection. Needless to say, I won’t be back. |
78 My roadtrip this year started with some familiar stomping grounds- it’s across the street from the Old Hat and I’d see from across the street when it was there. So a friend invited me on the way up to have a bite to eat- decent looking place on the inside, 200+ beer selection, food that fills you up. But as my friend noted, I sure did stare at the our old stomping grounds across Main the majority of the time I was there in Big T’s. Yeah, I sure did. |
80 Was really impressed with beer bottle selection but nothing special on tap.
Tried an expensive Ale from beer menu that was a bit over ripe but very unique bottle array. Surprised to find no beer from Old Hat Brewery which was across street.
Great burgers! |
90 When you are driving to and fro Chicago to Detroit on I 94 this is must stop going south at the Paw Paw exit. Huge beer selection with a couple of taps from Old Hat from across the street. The bluegill dinner must have had a dozen or so fish on my plate. Yum.
Highly recommended. |
80 Big T’s has a 254 beer selection! You can join their "beer drinking club" for $1 (but not required for any purchases.
Lots of hard to find stuff there. It’s a great place to go to try some new things.
One of the best things about Big T’s is that you can buy any these rare bottles of beer TO GO (and for about $2 cheaper than sit down prices too).
I will definitely revisit when I go home again. |
