Went on a Tuesday night for around 5:30. It wasn’t busy when we first got there, there were 4 of us, and only 1 waitress the entire night. After ordering and getting our drinks, which by the way they no longer brew their own beer, apparently haven’t in many years according to the waitress. We waited over 30 min for refills. 45 min for food, and I didn’t get my salad until I was half way done my meal.... It was freezing in there, the ac was cranked and when it did get busy in there from the hotel guests coming down for dinner people were swapping tables to get away from the air vents. The raido was blaring the music from Pandora, a member of our group had to get up and ask them to turn it down. With the limited selection they have for dinner apparently the rib-eye is good, even though my friend ordered the sirloin instead, the rest of our food came out room temp and bland. I got the Alfredo with chicken and had to saw apart the over cooked tenders that were thrown on the plate. And I’m not sure why but there were onions in the pasta, perhaps that was an error on the waitress’ side since another member of our group asked for onions with her steak, perhaps she wrote onions for everyone! We ordered sodas, which were flat, and received no attention from the waitress all evening. We had certificates from restaurant.com which adds 18% grat on the bill, so I guess she figured she didn’t have to work for her tip that night.... Overall I would not come back, ever.

Not a bad place although it’s in a strange location. It’s located on the other side, or actually attached to a hotel. I had been to Manchester regularly for years and never knew it was there until I received a gift certificate. We had dinner there and the food was solid and the couple beers I had were good enough although I couldn’t tell you what I got. The place was kind of small and wasn’t very busy. I believe it was a Thursday night and I was surprised it wasn’t a little busier. I was there in November of 2007 and they were starting to renovate and expand the place so it may be closed for a temporary period of time but I would recommend giving it a look when the work is done. Just keep your expectations low.

The restaurant in the Sheraton Four Points just off of South Willow Street in Manchester. The decor reminds me of either Friendly’s, or some buffet-style restaurant found off of a lonely interstate exit in a lonely state. It’s in serious need of renovation. The beer is pretty good. They usually have 5 or so beers on tap at any given time. If you’re in Manchester and looking for a good local brewpup, check out Milly’s Tavern.
