The BrewZaa

No Longer In Business

(Visited 01/2016 and many times before they closed): The BrewZaa (Pizza + Brews, get it?) is a restaurant/bar in Lewis Center in the Kroger plaza on 23/Lewis Center Road. Parking is plentiful in the lot.

There is a patio on the left side of the restaurant. The inside opens to booth and table seating in the front and sides, and a bar in the rear. Woodand painted walls and an exposed ceiling with hanging lights. The bar has a red ceiling above it and there are TVs above it.

Brewzaa has over 50 beers on tap and regularly features Ohio breweries like CBC, Platform, Actual, Rhinegeist, Maumee Bay and Jackie O's, as well as other craft brewers like Revolution, Deschutes and Stone.

Service on my visits has been spotty. The waits for food and drinks can get long, and knowledge about the beers can be spotty. Usually no real problems though.

Food at BrewZaa is generally above average, from burgers to pizza the food I tried was decent.

Overall this place has since closed but it was good having a place close to my house with a decent beer selection.
