Located in downtown Toledo in a nice spacious place. They have a large number of taps and I got to sample 7 of their beers, which were mostly average to above average, with the saison and imperial stout being the best. They have a few guest taps as well. They have a small food menu which is mainly snacks and pizzas (the pizza was good). Overall, there are not many brewpubs to select from in Toledo, so it's definitely worth a stop!

Interior is spacious and inviting, definitely has the feel of a Medieval abbey. Servers make you feel welcome and definitely aim to please. Food is quite good, a worthy companion to the phenomenal beer - but be careful, that stuff will hit you like an 18-wheeler! Anybody who lives in Toledo or anywhere near should visit this place at least once.

Rated beers here on 6-10-2017. A very nice place inside, clean and relaxing. There is bar seating and table seating. The server was friendly and polite. A good beer selection that is worth stopping for. This is a place that I recommend and that I would revisit.

Must visit brewery in Toledo...opened just 15 months so far. The building is beautiful...it has been extensively renovated...but still has all of its character. We stopped by this past Thursday night at their 4PM opening time and were the first ones in. The staff was great...conversations with several of them were enjoyable...service was very good. We did a couple of flights and really liked the results. I thought the beers ranged from solid to very good with a couple of especially notable selections. My favorites were the double IPA (Nature?), Mango, Marty, and Hefe. Obviously there aren’t many choices in Toledo...but this is likely the best and saves you from having to drink the beers at Maumee Bay (although the food and layout of that place are pretty good).

Very cool looking place. Huge painted mural that stretches the entire left side and has a very cool mix of religious and pop culture references. Service was excellent. I wrote down the 5 beers I wanted in my flight and they re-wrote them on the card for me in the proper order they should be consumed. They also give you a place to make notes for each beers on the opposite side of the card. They were 9 beers on tap. Nice mix of Belgian styles with some hoppy stuff and a very nice Raspberry Milk Stout. All were above average with a couple being excellent. No food except chips and jerky. I was told they’re planning to put in a kitchen eventually though so I’ll try to re-rate when that happens. The 5 beer flight was $12 and pours are a bit expensive too. The growler I got was $27. I don’t mind paying that high though when the beers are this good. I wish there was better parking but it’s on a corner in a pretty busy area of downtown Toledo. Overall, I’m definitely coming back in the future and I’m hoping to see they’re stuff on tap at other places as well.

This is a pretty cool tap room. No frills, lots of bar space, and carry in food if you want it. They had ten of there own beers on tap when I was there. They do not have your generic line up. They are focusing on saison, Belgian and other styles at this point. The fact that they had no ipa or pale ale or stout shows they are bucking the trend. Free parking is a bit of a struggle. This is a neat place to start of you find yourself relegated to downtown Toledo.

This is a nice enough looking place that is currently all about the beer. No frills, TVs or bands (although I was told they were going to have bagpipes for the release of their Scotch Ale). Brick walls, a long bar, 7 tables, and stools line the walls by a ledge that allows for additional seating. Our server was friendly and apologetic because they had sold out of four of the five brews they currently make. They did give my wife & I a taste of the True Scotsman, Scotch Ale that was going to be released later that night. I will be back and will most surly update my rating when there is more beer to enjoy.
