This is a large room with the brewing equipment in the center. Full bar along with a wide variety of styles of their own beer. I didn’t eat here. They had live entertainment on a Friday night. Fun place with interesting beers.

An older brewpub that had a bit of charm to it. A few TVs available with a large L shaped bar. Bartender was knowledgeable and helpful. A nice number of house taps and a few bottles were available as well. Food was pretty good as well. Prices were fine as well. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

Been to 75th St a few times in the past few years. I do not go often b/c it is unnecessary. It looks like a generic brewpub, some history aspects to it but a good imitation from a corporate brewpub. Food is similar, never bad but never memorable. Beer is often flawed and below average. At their peak, the beer is average. They release some special and overpriced bottles, which are usually better but too expensive and too "rare." Crowd is Waldo regular. I never really need to come back unless something changes. Least interesting brewpub in the Lawrence/KC area.

75th Street Brewery has a nice atmosphere, kind of reminds me of an english pub, with a dark interior. They usually have 8-10 beers on tap, with small sample sizes available. Even though I have been here 5-10 times, I’ve never tried their food, but it has always looked very appetizing. However, the beer I have tried has always been pretty mediocre. There have been a few standouts (Possum Trot Brown), but most aren’t very memorable, which is too bad, because this place seems like it would be a good "neighborhood bar".

Tall-ceilinged and spacious, with the kit in the middle of the room and plaques to explain how the process works. It’s a brewpub in the classic American mold, making mostly familiar styles and executing them well. The odd nitro or cask selection, sometimes. There were also 5 or 6 interesting 75cls for sharing.

Equipment is in the center of this large brewpub, with a dark interior with tons of wood. There is an adjoining space which feels more like a modern sunroom. The beers were solid, and service was excellent. Didn’t try the food.

First stop on the KC trip. We drove in from down town and took the freeway and then cut over on 75th street. Wrong way to go! Ghetto fabulous all the way to the brewery. I was actually a little concerned about what I would find inside considering what I drove through but I was pleasantly surprised. The bar and brewery is a bit cramped but we were there in the early afternoon so there weren’t many people there. The bar we sat at was pretty cool but the overall atmosphere had a definite unfinished look to it. the beer selection was fine and all the beers were tasty. Nice enough wait staff. It’s a bit out of the way but ride back took us through miles of Mansions...That’s the way you want to go.

Stopped for a first visit while traveling, this is an easy-to-find location from I-35. And on a Wednesday afternoon, not overcrowded. The server, undergoing training, was admittedly unknowledgeable but willing. The beer samples were a great range, the Golden Ale and the Summit Street IPA being especially fine. Best of all: the food was fresh and tasty: great selection of artisan cheeses on the "ploughman’s lunch."

Decided to try this for lunch while passing through the area. There is a wide expanse of street front glass, although the place seems deeper than it is wide. The brewing system is in the middle of the building, separating the bar and dining areas. The beers that I had were solid, although nothing was exceptional. The bar area was adorned with Mug Club mugs. It seems as if they get to bring their own mug, as they all seemed to be different. I only had the Kobe burger, which was excellent. I ordered it medium rare, but came out a bit overdone. They were very apologetic and offered me a new one, but I declined since it wasn’t overdone. They did comp me a beer. The service was very attentive, and the prices reasonable. I definitely would come back.
