Kaiba Tap House (Taikang Terrace)

Convenient spot tucked away in Tianzifang. Very similar selection that you can find at the other Kaiba locations, which is to be expected. The bar has a nice rooftop bar, however I’m not sure if it’s always open as I was there once for a private function. Typical pub gub. Has a real solid free flow deal available for brunch, as mentioned below by Schlenkerla. Closest metro stop:- Dapuqiao.

Have been here the first time on April 4th 2013. Smaller than the other two Kaiba places in Shanghai. Located in the 1 st floor not far away from Tianzifang. Very nice atmosphere, wooden roof, nice interior, small nice bar. They have 8 draft beers (La Chouffe, De Koninck, Liefmans, Chinmay,..) so less than in the Wu Ding Lu place, but same selection of bottled beers. They have a brunch special - food (Eggs Benedict) and free flow (4 beers as many as you like) for 148 RMB. Not a bad value. Overall a great place. Prefer this place in the early afternoon and Wu Ding Lu in the evening.
