Well beer is very hard to find in Pakistan. It can be found however. The French Club also known as Club 21 has the best beer selection I have found in Islamabad. They always have 5-10 beers and they change as to what they can get. The club itself is hard to get to since it is in the Diplomatic Enclave. Not easy for everyone to get into. Very much worth the trip while here.
