The Celtic is one of the best places to go for a decent craft beer selection in the Franklin, PA neck of the woods. The food was great and not too pricey. I had a SA Octoberfest draft beer that was tasty and fresh. Of course they had Guiness stout as well. They also feature bottled beers from McSorleys, Magic Hat, Voodoo Brew, Lancaster Brewing, and a variety of international brews. This is a nice place to eat if you’re passing through or spending the night as there is a restaurant attached that is family oriented.
