Neustadt Springs Brewery

2023-08-20. Cool old stone building. Good amount of seating outside on the small patio and in the treed parking lot area. Indoor seating as well and a bottleshop. I only had time for beer to go so I grabbed a mix six. They had more beer styles available than I remembered. There was a self serve corn stand outside. Benches outside along the brewery look nice. Not sure if you can sit there to drink or not. The three cans we have drank so far unfortunately show some signs of QA QC issues.

Historic stone building in a cute historic town. Friendly enough owner, willing to talk about local history etc. Surprisingly good selection for this size brewery; 6 beers on tap to try and in cans to take home. Good variety in the styles too. Overall I’d stop here any time I am passing through or near Neustadt.

Random stop on a rainy day road trip. Stoped in eager to see what they were brewing.. walked into what appeared to be an active tour. Great we thought! No.. not so much.. they seemed annoyed that we had walked it.. not very welcoming and a little dismissive.. they seemed quick to sell us beer and kick us out.. would be nice to offer us to join the tour in progress.. good beer.. poor service..
