Braeurup

We spent our summer holiday in 2011 at Braeurup, which encompasses a hotel, a brewery and a restaurant. This place has a long beer tradition reaching back to 1691. In 2006 they started brewing again. Small brew house, beers are from ok to good. They offer a Maerzen and a Weizen as standard beers + rotating seasonal beers. We tasted the Hollerbeer and the bock beer, which both were quite delicious. Very nice beer garden with good service and also very reasonable food. The hotel rooms are ok. We had a lot of rain this week, but otherwise a good place to spent some vacation days.
