10 taps, lots of bottles. Mostly well known Belgian beers but also some gems. The place seems to attract a lot of regulars. Nice service, fair prices. Outdoor seating possible

Gemakkelijk het beste café van Oostende. Geen grote maar leuke selectie. Zeer leuke atmosfeer.

Popular, well regarded bar cum pub in the slightly seedy part of town. There is a large front terrace / seating area and seemingly fairly tight inside. The service is friendly and excellent and the beer range was pretty impressive for us. Overall this was our favourite place in Ostend and we would definitely return.

Well-known Ostend ’music café’, in fact a boozer which attracts lots of young people, as it is situated in the heart of Ostend’s nightlife district. Can be a bit rough on the edges and overcrowded at times, but the owners make an effort to promote Belgian beer culture and commission their own PoppoLou range; they serve dozens of Belgian beers, including things from smaller brewers like Struise, Brouwers Verzet or Senne. A very nice couple runs the place and is always in for a chat about beer. They also organise a Belgian beer festival in late August. Worth a visit if you don’t mind the busy nightlife of this area.

Great place with lots of different kinds of beer. Nowadays they have over 71 different beers. I always ask one of the bartenders to pick one for me and they never disapoint me.
