Located in downtown El Born, Barcelona it is a bit of the beaten track. This makes it a mellow and relaxed place, only minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle. Good beer is hard to find in Spain and I was pleasantly surprised that in the fridge of this, otherwise typically Spanish corner bar, I saw a Punk IPA, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale en a Dead Pony Club. In addition there are some nice German and Belgian bottles as well a a Franziskaner, Hoegaarden and the local Almogàver Cervesa Artesanal on Draught. A small tapas, lunch and diner selection is served. You can have a smoke sitting outside on high chairs, with old barrels as tables.
