No Longer In Business

One of the coolest places I’ve been to since moving to the area. Neon OPEN sign is perhaps deliberately not on. Front door is blocked, back door is blocked sort of. Pass through curtains in the back door and let yourself in. Only about 5 tables inside and a bar. Packed, but quick wait. Forget it on the weekends, no dice. Menu is tight: tapas and Udon. Udon was excellent, served at table still boiling. Beer selection was shocking, at least to me: 15+ Japanese beers that I’ve never seen before for sale in US including some I’ve been looking for a little bit. Sake list was large, but I know nothing about sake. Given the name, I will assume the have a legit selection. Overall, I am going to be coming back quite a bit.
