A nice place a bit away from the strict centre, but still close enough. A nice atmosphere if you’re into comics, plus an ok selection of Belgium beers. Friendly staff, so why not pop by if in the area.

I love Belgian and French cartoon art, and Belgian beer and a great burger and wonderful home made fries/chips. All that you get here at the wonderful Comics Café. A restaurant and bookshop dedicated to the distinct art of the region, the amazing Belgic/Franco cartoons. The whole place is covered with wonderful framed originals and blown up pictures from Spirou & Fantasio, Gaston, Tin-Tin, Asterix, Iznogood and many more. The menu is Belgian and American with the huge Obelix burger as the big draw. In adition to this you have a fine selection of Belgian beers and a friendly, laid back atmosphere. I love this place!
