Completely organic / sustainable restaurant, even going so far as to ensure that the wine offered is brought in without the use of jetfuel. They may have a Michelin 1 star rating but I forgot. given that, you should only go here if you’re going for a good meal in Malmo. The food is superb, and the beer list is limited but selected with the dishes in mind. I believe all beer is organic (ekologisk in Swedish), either labeled as such or confirmed through talking with the breweries. I’ve added all available beer to the entry here.
