Stopped in after working in Newport for the day. A small place that is pretty plain. Lots of friendly people and good service. Nice selection of beers that are quite tasty. Great BBQ at Pig Feathers in the room next door.

This is a fun place great food and great beers. I was surprised to find such good beer in a new place. Not far of a drive from the coast this is place to ttake the family have some BBQ and a great time.

Rating food is a bit difficult. They have award winning BBQ next door that can be ordered or you can have the pub specials. The beer service is great and their knowledge is great. I think I was told that the owner learned brewing in Chico, CA from one of the founders of Sierra Nevada. I especially enjoyed their seasonal selections: Dayle Earnhog Imperial Amber and the Chocolate Snout .
