80 Stopped in last night with some friend for a few drinks, mondays are live jazz nights and it gets pretty crowded fast. Pretty good selection for a bar in dallas that isn’t focused on beer mainly. |
82 Another great Fair Park bar. They’ve really upgraded their beer selection since previous reviewers. New Belgium Ranger IPA, South Star Stout, Brooklyn beer and Two Franconia beers. Nine very, very outstanding taps. And the beer is cheap as well! |
60 Average beer selection, I agree with the other reviews that the neighborhood is not a nice one. Quirky wall decor & the crowd was not overwhelming, but we visited on a night without music. Not sure I’d go out of my way to go back here, but if it was in my neighhborhood, I’d probably drop in again. |
70 Staff really knows nothing about beer...quaint little place though...make sure you bring a shank with you, as this neighborhood is not Highland Park. Just around the corner from Meridian Room. |
66 Strange combo of coffee shop and beer bar with a very well thought out selection. Pretty small and there is bar service only. Only place in Texas that I know of that serves Fullers ESB on hand pull (though it is not from a cask). Formally known as The New Amsterdam- I don’t know when or why they changed the name. |
