This place is a sort of a one-of-a-kind; an upscale brewpub. The food is gourmet, and the beer is decent. Their in-house offerings are true to style, with a few being above average. The value on the beer is decent, but the food is rather over-priced generally. Having a few drinks and a full dinner here will cost around $50/head all-in. The atmosphere can be a little stuffy, but the service is good, and the decor is pleasing. I would definitely give this place a try if you are in the neighborhood, as you can only find the beers at this restaurant and they are above average for Texas breweries.

Great little brewpub that makes a wide range of beers. I have never tried the food, but the beer ranges from average to above average. Prices are reasonable and growlers are available. Definitely a place i need to hit up again.

Made a lightning-fast lunch-time stop on a cold, rainy afternoon in February. The place has the feel of a moderately upscale restaurant, and the prices on the lunch menu fit that rep. I settled on a bowl of chicken noodle soup that was excellent. And the two beers I had were also well above average. I’d definitely visit again if I found myself in TCU country again soon. Very nice restaurant that happens to brew their own beer. Good house beers, head Brewer is a pretty cool guy. The food was good and worth the price.

This place is an interesting brewpub, and one of the only "True" brewpubs we have in the DFW metroplex. They brew on site, they have growlers to go, and by all normal standards for brewpubs, this place breaks conventions. It’s extremely fancy, and near a fine-dining experience in terms of the atmosphere and food menu. Service at the bar is great, but from the waitstaff is quite slow. The food itself is excellent, wild Texas game to choose from, prepared in clever ways. The pizzas are good too. The beer is probably the best that’s made in DFW in my opinion. Generally they have 8 draughts, and more than half of them are above average beers. Their take on Belgians is interesting and quite well done also. I like the Covey, and try to make it out when I can despite being 50 miles from home.

This is a pretty neat place. There are some cool paintings on the walls of Texas ranches and wildlife. The food is very good as well. The chicken fried steak is as big as a tire and only costs about $10. The brewer here also has a couple interesting beers going. Definitely worth checking out!

I have been visiting quite a bit recently and I am most impressed. For one thing, the bar food is as good as any you will have, especially the jalapena poppers with aligator meat and the mini tacos (trust me here you have to try these). The beer is getting better everytime as well. What began as amber and lagers has progressed to Regalement and Premonition Porter, the latter being an abosolute kick ass Baltic Porter. If you are in Fort Worth, don’t miss this place!

Went here with Cavie and my lil’ brother. Upscale place along the lines of Rock Bottom. Food is priced high, but it is DELICIOUS. (The chicken friend lobster tacos are mind-blowingly tasty.) The sampler features all available brews. All but the porter were either average or below average, so no point coming here just for the beer. Talked to the brewmaster but, like Cavie said, he seemed to have other things to do. (A waiter quit earlier so maybe that had something to do with it.) Not a bad place but don’t expect the beer to blow you away. The Premonition Porter is one of the better porters I’ve had, however; very well made and tasty. Tricky place to find if you’re not from the area.
