48 Pretty hilarious place, only in Vegas I guess -- open 24/7 and it's a casino, as well as a brewery. Massive taplist, with over 25 of their own, plus a bunch of solid guest taps. Flights of 5 available -- mine came to $20 plus tax, pretty asinine for the quality. Beer quality was all over the place, with a good gose and imperial stout, a nasty diacetyl bomb, and a pretty off-putting imperial stout and barley wine. Service was very slow and pretty clueless about the beer. Not a good stop for beer-quality or atmosphere, but a pretty funny place. |
68 Big place, broken up into small areas. Big bar with gaming machines on the bar. Lots of TV's and sports memorabilia scattered around. A view of the brewery from one end of the bar. Beer served in a frosted glass. The second place today, maybe because it's fuckin hot here in the summer, but it's still a turn off for me. |
78 This must be one of the few brewpubs in the world that has casino and is open 24/7. It was kinda fun starting the day with proper beer. All the beers I tasted were pretty decent. They had 18 brews of their own on tap as well as 5 local and 9 US taps. They also serve flights of 5 beers. I didn't eat. |
68 This place is a good distance from the Strip and caters mostly to the locals. As previously stated the bar is full of gaming machines and quite smoky. Sitting on the restaurant side is the best bet. They have 35 beers on tap, about 15 of their own and the rest local or regional offerings. Service can be a bit iffy, but have a decent pub menu to work from. The beers are nothing fancy but quite drinkable. |
64 So I half expected to see Burt Reynolds start a bar fight here, that is kind of the atmosphere. Cowboys, smoking, cheap macro lager despite brewing onsite, and video poker at every seat around the bar. In the "non-smoking" restaurant side you still catch the smell of smoke. I sat and sampled a few brews, though you have to be careful here as at least two "beers" are tap blends. The food was ok, but not great, though I only ordered a re-heated, previously frozen appetizer. |
58 Big place, half gambling and smoking ok, half not. Definitely got the bovine thing going on with cow seats and pics everywhere. Weird as you may be eating them as they stare you in the face.
Food was good, service needing a little nudge to be even a little attentive, but was friendly. Beers, which is the reason we were there, were mediocre and unimaginative. |
84 That’s the best brewpub in Vegas. Although very far from standard tourist places, this place will not disappoint. Very good line of brews in an excellent setting. |
84 House beers were solid(had the El Perron Diablo Strong Belgian Ale). Menu had good variety and the brats were good. I’ll come back soon. |
84 I happened to walk in during the 4th quarter, Bears vs Packers. Place was jam packed with Packer fans. And Green Bay pulled out a last minute win, and the place went crazy. Oh, and the beers were OK. |
86 This beer has between 12-15 of their own beers on tap at all times, with guests as well. The food is very tasty and the service is good. Because of the number of slots (14 or more) it qualifies as a casino. Smoking is allowed in casinos in Las Vegas. If you sit in the restaurant side of the building, the smoking is not noticeable. However, the bar/casino side is generally intensely smoky. In my opinion their beer is the best in Vegas, and their quarterly beer festivals are awesome!! The only drawback is how smoky it is. Oh, they’ve also started bottling (about 6 varieties so far). |
