This brewery is located in the AMF Keglers Lane bowling alley, though you would not realize that until you see the tanks inside. The copper tanks are nice, though the beer coming out is not. I decided to not rate either of their two house beers. It is somewhat telling that the bar tenders felt the need to steer us towards Bud Light instead of their beer. The brown was soapy and sour - a manager type came over to tell us that the beer tasted bad because it had been in the tank too long. Now, if he thinks that, why still serve the beer? That is a question he could not answer. Apparently the brown was brewed in December 2010, and we were there in September 2011. The pale was bad, though not as bad as the brown.

Yes, it’s true. Beer brewed at a bowling alley. This is only in the database for that reason. Apparently they’ve been brewing off and on for a decade now. Very small system visible next to the bar and from the parking lot. The taps feature a lot of macros, the current Sam Adams seasonal, a Starr Hill beer and one beer brewed on premise. Bottles are mostly macros with a few Sam Adams and Starr Hills. The food is what you you expect at a bowling alley, as is the customer service. I’m not sure who brews here (looking into it, i think the general manager) but the bartender had no information whatsoever, other than the name of the beer. The beer was better than expected and had some good points but also had minor infection issues. Prices are decent, for beer and bowling. parking is adequate. They’ve cleaned up the last several years but years ago they had a reputation for getting a little rough at night. The only bowling alley in the area.
