“Good webshop for Bavarian beers, especially for Weizenbocks and other Bocks which might be hard to get elsewhere. Prices might not be great (for German standards) but they are still fair; shipping costs are standard inside of Germany. Delivery was quick and the box was nicely and safely packed. Will order again in the future!“

“So I have mixed experiences with this online store. The selection is fine and ordering went well too, even though not everything is in English so if you don’t speak German (like me) sometimes it’s a bit of a guess which button to click on to progress. Nonetheless, so far so good. Box was shipped and that’s where the troubles began. After I couple of days I concluded something was wrong. There were no updates on the box in the past 6 days, so I called the carrier. They said the box had been damaged and was sent back to the shop. I emailed the shop what they were going to do about it (ship again when the box was returned to them, send a replacement box immediately, etc.) but I got no reply. I asked a friend who wpeaks German to email / call them and he assured me they were going to send a replacement box as soon as the damaged box had been returned to them. About two weeks passed, nothing had hapened. He called / emailed again and the answer was that it took them longer than normal because personnel of the carrier had gone on a strike. Another two weeks passed and I had already sent another email myself without getting a reply. Eventually I got a little angry and decided to call myself. The correct hpone number I could only find on facebook though, not on their website. In my horrible horrible German (of course the person who answered did not speak any English) I explained the box had never arrived and tride to explain why. Apparently he understood it and promised me to ship a replacement box within three days. On the third day after the call I indeed got a confirmation email saying the box was on its way again. And this time it arrived within a week, in perfect condition. Satisfied with the beers and all, but communication and service definittely have to improve.“

“Nice mailorder shop that is quick and efficient. About 1 week after I placed the order I received a box with 24 bottles all in good condition. Low shipping costs so all in all about the same price as I would have to pay for the equivalent beer in a local supermarket, except with the limit of availability. Only downside is that it is pretty much only Bavarian beers available.“

“Good online store with a big selection of Bavarian beer. Easy to use. Shipping was only 22 euro for 24 kg shipped to Denmark. Solid packing. The prices are a bit higher than most stores, but the cheap shipping more than makes up for that. If I ever find myself craving more Bavarian beer, this is an easy and cheap way to get it.“
