52 /100 Brasserie Ardennaise (Restaurant) PL. GÉNÉRAL MC AULIFFE 12 Small place on the center square with average beer menu. Probably could have picked any place on the square and got a similar menu. Good for lunch . |
60 /100 Brasserie Ardennaise (Restaurant) PL. GÉNÉRAL MC AULIFFE 12 Small place at the city square, some tables outside. Good beer selection on paper, but a lot of items were sold out. Slow service. The food smelled great. |
66 /100 Ardennes Boissons (Beer Store) RUE DE MARCHE, 153 Nice drink shop with a big selection of Belgian beers. Prices are reasonable and the service is friendly. |
52 /100 Le Pre Vert (Beer Store) RUE DU SABLON A tourist trap and hard to find. Nice selection of Belgian beers but quite expensive. |
68 /100 Le Pre Vert (Beer Store) RUE DU SABLON Have been there today on our way back from Luxembourg. Very easy to find but hard to discover as it first looked like a vegetable-shop. It is very warm and cozy inside with woody interior, nice light and thousands of products. The beer selection is really nice, there were plenty of beers I haven’t had yet, but buying them all would have left me broke. The prices are quite high and some beers are found cheaper in the next big Carrefour down the hill. But when you’re there a visit is worth it. |
70 /100 Le Pre Vert (Beer Store) RUE DU SABLON Small store, which also sells Belgian whiskeys, cheese, saucage, etc. Not a really exclusive collection of beers, but I was able to score some ratings here. Located in the main street of Bastogne. Friendly service. |
74 /100 Le Pre Vert (Beer Store) RUE DU SABLON A great stop in a fine town. As said many good local beers and a nice man was very helpful with the selection. If in town again I will pay a visit for sure even if the name is strange in English. |
64 /100 Le Pre Vert (Beer Store) RUE DU SABLON Nice little grocery store in the Bastogne shopping district. The have a selection of over 50 beer with the proper glassware. Not a bad place to stop for some decent hard to find brews. |
66 /100 Le Pre Vert (Beer Store) RUE DU SABLON This little store is the best kept secret in Bastogne until now! They have 50+ beers with proper drinking glassware for almost everyone. I found some hard to get samples to include a 2001 Chimay Blue reserve 75cl for little to nothing in my book. The little old couple didn’t speak english but was very helpful in boxing up and assisting as much as they could. Definetly will stopping by this historic city again and will drop in on this store. |
