“Met Mike Donahue at the brewery selling their beers and got to sample most of the range and chat beer with him and other clients which was fun. Turns out he lived in Japan for awhile which was a funny coincidence. A short brewery tour and seeing freebies being given out to people stocking up on boxes of beer (great prices with beers discounted for bulk buys - ex: 3 euros for one, 3 for 8 and 6 for 15 on 330ml). A really solid range of beers, all tasted/smelled from good to great. Nothing wowed but for a year old brewey they’re doing well and I expect they’ll wow me next time around. A great visit, you enter an unmarked loading dock with some picnic tables and see a table of beers set out for purchase, on the left are 3 taps for growler fills, samples are easily available and they love explaining their beers. I’m happy I made it out here.“

“Went to the Brewery during 1rst FRBG. Nice place, clean and brightly lit. The brewers are very friendly, good stop as the beer are fine, properly done and clean.“

“Quite a bit out of the way perhaps, in an area that historically had lots of factories (as I was told), but very close to the metro. These two guys really kick started their brewery 3 months ago with a lineup of 5 fine beers of great quality, so I was looking forward to visiting them. Mike (the American, while Thomas is the French part of this duo) is one of the friendliest guys I have ever received a brewery tour from. Welcoming and chatty and he has great stories, plus great beers to taste. I really hope these guys get to create many new brews and eventually expand, but with this lineup and attitude, I am sure they will! (Visited during the 1FRBG)“
