“Friendly corner pub in Historic Bordentown, NJ. Full service bar is craft beer friendly, offering nearly 30 taps, many of which are local New Jersey breweries. Decent pub food compliments their varied beer selection. On my visit, their tap list featured selections from Icarus, Double Nickle, Cape May, Conclave, Birdsmouth, Soellbound Foam, Allagash and more. Located just down the street from Tindall Road Brewing.“

“Unusual looking for a liquor store. Literally looks like a barn, sort of. Inside, the ambiance is… well let’s just say it’s rustic. Typical small liquor store with a nominal amount of craft beer choices that include some local Jersey and Pennsy breweries. Not a lot of singles. A few unique Belgian bottles that may be a bit older. Located not far from Interstate 295.“

“Relatively new brewery in Bordentown...beautiful outside facade...very attractive interior. They have a revolutionary war theme. The owners/staff were very friendly and attentive...so great service. The brewing area is in the taproom...small...but enough equipment to get the job done. The beers were acceptable...nothing bad or off...but nothing really stood out for me...which hopefully means they were still experimenting and finding themselves. There were 6 when I visited (I see on their site they are now pouring 8 with mostly new varieties from when I visited...so that's a very good sign)...I liked the Gingerbread Ale, the APA, and the Imperial IPA best. I will be back in a few months to see how they are improving and update my review as applicable.“

“A massive sports bar. Competes with Chickie & Pete’s (and now Tilted Kilt) that are within a few miles on either side. Craft beer selection is more macro than micro. They do get a few decent kegs in (ex. Sweet Baby Jesus) but it’s not catered towards the craft beer crowd. Great service, decent food. Fairly empty on a Saturday afternoon.“
