78 /100 586, BOULEVARD PERRON Right on the main highway, plenty of parking. Outside is bigger than inside, but a squall passed through just before I visited, so everyone was indoors. There you'll find a long bar, stools filled with regulars, and a dozen or so restaurant tables with table service. No flights, so it's either a pint (American style, 16 ounces) or a glass (12 ounces). Beers were tasty and creative. Food was seaside pub food, including a nice shrimp pizza. Attentive service. Solid place. |
70 /100 SAQ Classique - Carleton (#33554) (Beer Store) 569, BOULEVARD PERRON While almost everything is closed on Monday in this parent of the world, this is open, found a Lindemans that I always wanted to buy but couldn’t tumbled on. Very knowledgeable staff. |
70 /100 Metro - Marché Viens (Carleton) (Grocery Store) 686 BOULEVARD PERRON If you want some Naufrageur while the place is closed, they have a pretty good selection. |
52 /100 Chope-sur-Mer - Marché Gourmand (DBSQ) (Grocery Store) 562 BOULEVARD PERRON Another place closed on Monday (theme of our trip), were looking forward to see this. |
70 /100 586, BOULEVARD PERRON Visited summer 2012.The look from the street is very appealing nice decor and nice tarrace. Once inside that is also nice you see that this place is popular with the locals. The choice of beers is good the service was a bit slow.Friendly staff,as for the choice of food weel you can chose from the cheese piza or nachos. Some night you can get some live music. A good summer place to have a good beer and fun. |
72 /100 586, BOULEVARD PERRON Visited for the first time July 13, 2012. Nice place but more bar then pub, a bit small. This is more of a drinking place with live shows, food is limited to cheese pizza, nachos and pop corn. The service was good but that fast, note there was alot of people, it is a popular spot for locals and vacationers. I would not mind to go back! |
76 /100 586, BOULEVARD PERRON We were visiting the UNESCO World Heritage site at Miguasha, and in the museum cafeteria the only beers they had were from this brewery, which is basically 15 minutes away. So naturally we made it our next stop. Welcoming interior, filled with locals, my wife and I took a seat at the bar and were made to feel very comfortable. The beers were all good, and a few were outstanding. The "tasting compass" is a great value-- $10 gets you 8 beers and the bartender threw in an extra for good measure. Didn’t have time for food, but what we saw looked very tasty. I’d come back for sure! |
92 /100 586, BOULEVARD PERRON The beer is really really good. If you come by day, you can just relac with friends, or by your self (they got wi-fi!). By night, there is oftenly live shows, which is pretty fun! They place is full of warmth, unique concept (try their tasting compass, custom made by a friend of them). I tasted 4 beers and they all where worth it. The strawberry one was really well balanced. And their stout was just perfect. Great every thing, i recommend it. |
70 /100 586, BOULEVARD PERRON Établissement visité le jeudi 29 juillet vers 17h. Ambiance: Terrase avec foyer. Salle fait de bois. Musique. Spectacle certains soir. Service: Lent mais connaisseur. Sélection: 9 fûts maisons. (160e rating dÉtablissement) |
72 /100 586, BOULEVARD PERRON Really nice neighborhood brewpub way out in Gaspésie with lots of special beers (for such a faraway brewery, anyway). The quality is always there, but they tend to shine with their quaffers, such as Witbier and Pale Ale. It is impossible not to consider coming here when driving around the Gaspé peninsula, or even when driving through nearby New Brunswick. |
