“I freaking LOVED this place. First I stopped by the Canine Rd address I found here and elsewhere and, well, that's the farm and definitely not open to the public. Oh well, nice drive. The tasting room is in Cashton, south of Sparta. Cashton being one of those towns on the side of the highway you pass without even noticing. Tiny little town but the taproom was hopping, but that was because they got a write-up in the local paper. Taproom is nothing fancy, but its comfortable and there are some nice touches from prior business, like the tin ceiling. Owners were the bartender and cook. They were both awesome. The guy is very proud of his beer and his farm, and he should be. All the beer was very good. Several styles, classic styles, and a polotmavy! Food was excellent, and it was farm-style and seasonal ingredient oriented. Prices good overall. Love it here, wish I could have stayed all day. What a farm brewery should be. Stop here.“
