58 /100 WARRINGTON ROAD In the small modern looking village of Comberbach, which is off and down the hill from the main A road which runs north-west/south-east in this part of the Cheshire countryside. It’s a Robinsons pub with two rooms either side of its central doorway, quite attractive in appearance, with a handful of parking spaces immediately in front of the building which is only a cars length away from the road. The right hand door in the entrance hallway leads to the tiny best room, which is a little undistinguished, but soft furnished and comfortable. The left door leads into the bar area, which is similar, but more appealing given its much more spacious, and includes a television at the rear which shows the live football. The central service area covers both bars, and there’s three Robinson’s cask ales available as well as a couple of their keg brews. |
80 /100 WARRINGTON ROAD Nice pub in the countryside, traditional inside and very cosy, nice beer garden and bowling green attached to the pub, nice selection of Robinson’s beers |
