72 /100 7522 BICHON #100 Cool spot. Beers weren’t overwhelming, but we had a good time. Nice variety; service was great. |
68 /100 1214 N CHAPARRAL ST Interesting beers on tap from this small local brewer. Pilsner Desperado a real good pils proposal. Clean and crispy. IPAs not worth more than one, but the food for foodies is lovely and very well thought out. Great chef behind I am sure. Also other guests brews. An oatmeal stout pretty decent. The bartender Amber is the best and most friendly, she really is helpful and also cute. |
60 /100 1214 N CHAPARRAL ST Next time I want to try the food. Ambiance wasn’t much to speak of, and the service was ok, but the beer was relatively solid. I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in Corpus. |
62 /100 425 WILLIAM STREET Decent spot. Good location for if you’re in Corpus. Not a big selection, but they’re just getting started. After second trip, it’s clear that the beers are improving. Looks like things are getting interesting. Prices are good, and Jenga is always fun when you’re drinking. |
78 /100 520 NAS DRIVE This little spot is deceptively large on the inside. The taproom is well appointed with plenty of tables and chairs and there is a large lawn with benches and Adirondack chairs on premises. They have games available and there is typically a food truck parked outside on the weekends. There were seven taps when I visited and the man at the counter told me they are going to distinguish themselves by keeping two nitro taps going, which is unusual in Corpus Christi - really basically unheard of. They have to do a lot of education because the area is basically a dead zone for craft beer, but they educate respectfully. It’s a nice little spot and the cream of the rather limited Corpus Christi brewery crop. |
88 /100 Saltwater Grille (Restaurant) 2401 CIMARRON #101 Dinner was very good. The on tap beer selection was small but it had a good variety of craft/micro brews. |
52 /100 Spec’s Liquor - Corpus Christi (Beer Store) 5625 S PADRE ISLAND DR Researched online site before visiting Corpus Christi, expected to find singles from multiple countries I had not yet tried, but it was a bait and switch. None of the singles on the website were available and the staff was rude when asked about it. Overall, I will look elsewhere before coming back. |
76 /100 7522 BICHON #100 Great spot with 10 rotating taps, there will be a beer style for anyone.Very Knowledgable and friendly staff |
76 /100 1214 N CHAPARRAL ST Friendly staff, excellent food. Pretty solid beer for only having been brewing for a few months. They will definitely make good beer down the road, and they have a lot of other commercial beers available. I recommend, for sure. |
68 /100 1214 N CHAPARRAL ST Only brewery in Corpus Christi. nly open 2 weeks when I went, so got to try their Sandy Blonde - it will be a great summer beer. Small but excellent selection of other breweries, including several Texas beers (probably all they could get, as I’ve been told by other places that there isn’t great distributorship in this area). Food was OK. |
74 /100 B & J Pizza - S Padre Island Dr. (Restaurant) 6335 S PADRE ISLAND DRIVE Great bottle selection and really good pizza. Prices are reasonable and the tap selection is excellent for Corpus. They had Real Ale Shipwreck on tap and was the only place I had seen it on tap. A must stop for pizza and beer while in Corpus. |
72 /100 B & J Pizza - S Padre Island Dr. (Restaurant) 6335 S PADRE ISLAND DRIVE By the looks of this place, you won’t expect much. But they have a great selection of bottled beer and really good pizza, both a rarity in Corpus. |
28 /100 Spec’s Liquor - Corpus Christi (Beer Store) 5625 S PADRE ISLAND DR Not a fan at all, not even close to the biggest selection (Liquid Town #8) Staff knows very little and place just rubs me the wrong way. Too commercial, no character, and not local. |
72 /100 B & J Pizza - S Padre Island Dr. (Restaurant) 6335 S PADRE ISLAND DRIVE The pizza and beer spot of CC. Always something great on tap, bottle selection has fallen off compared to the old days but still better than damn near anybody in town that sells food. A must visit in CC for a beer or pizza fan |
88 /100 Liquid Town (Beer Store) 4141 S. ALAMEDA ST Very nice selection, with some stuff that, for whatever reason, I find impossible to find in Houston. Bravo. |
54 /100 B & J Pizza - Staples St. (Restaurant) 6662 S STAPLES ST Big selection of bottled beer, limited and pricey on tap. |
82 /100 Liquid Town (Beer Store) 4141 S. ALAMEDA ST Great selection of beers and wine. In addition, gourmet food is offered which looked pretty darn good. Glad I stopped in on a trip from Dallas. |
80 /100 B & J Pizza - S Padre Island Dr. (Restaurant) 6335 S PADRE ISLAND DRIVE An oasis in an otherwise craphole of a town, and not just beer wise. Nothing at all to look at inside, very smalltown looking sportsbar, but these guys are dedicated to bringing in good beer and baking pretty damned good pizza. |
86 /100 B & J Pizza - S Padre Island Dr. (Restaurant) 6335 S PADRE ISLAND DRIVE I visited this place on my trip to Corpus. Walking in this place looks like a dump but on the inside is a great beer selection. One part of the building is where you order the pizza and can pick beer out of a cooler. I saw Stone, Real Brewing, Lagunitas, St. Arnolds and many other beers we don’t have in Louisiana. In the other side of the building is the bar and tables where you can eat your pizza. I went up to the bar and saw some Lagunitas Gnarly Wine on tap and said I’d like to try some and he poured some for me to taste. Very Cool and unexpected. I then asked for 2 beers of that and ask for them in a non frozen glass and both bartenders were more than happy to help. PLUS all draft beers that night were $2 dollars. Pizza came and was great and you can take bottles from the other side and bring them over to drink and eat. Awesome place to go get some great beer and good pizza!

98 /100 Liquid Town (Beer Store) 4141 S. ALAMEDA ST I went to this place back in April when I went to visit a friend in Corpus Christi. I found out about it from fellow BA and Liquid Town beer manager zamco17. The place was huge! Tons of beer! About 300-400 beers to choose from with some in a cooler and some on the shelves. I found a lot of beers not available in New Orleans. I picked up some Stone, Avery, New Belgium and Ommegang just to name a few. Also picked up some local beers like St. Arnolds and Real Ale. Corey was VERY helpful even as he was trying to get some work done.

66 /100 Spec’s Liquor - Corpus Christi (Beer Store) 5625 S PADRE ISLAND DR large beer and wine selection. |
58 /100 B & J Pizza - Staples St. (Restaurant) 6662 S STAPLES ST this is one of 3 locations of b+j pizza in corpus. this is one of the the newer ones.
a basic pizza shop with good beer |
48 /100 Pizza State (Restaurant) 6133 ENNIS JOSLIN this place is a pizza buffet as well as a normal pizza shop. $7.00 all you can eat pizza and salad bar. 4 beers on tap only one is a macro brew. about 20 bottles great pizza ! great place for lunch. not bad for a place that seats about 30. |
68 /100 Liquid Town (Beer Store) 4141 S. ALAMEDA ST huge beer + wine selection. the big reason i go there is for the mix a 6 , it allows me to try more beer with out buying a whole 6 pack of it! |
34 /100 B & J Pizza - S Padre Island Dr. (Restaurant) 6335 S PADRE ISLAND DRIVE if you like pizza and beer this place is not bad. they say they have over 300 beers but the bottle case only had 10 kinds of beer. for taps i counted 20. i will go here again |
88 /100 Liquid Town (Beer Store) 4141 S. ALAMEDA ST I have been to several Liquid Towns when in Corpus, but the one on S. Alameda has one of the most impressive beer selections i have ever seen. Good prices on the bombers and a unique pick your own six pack from almost 50 different singles. Service was excellent and helpful to pick a brew. |
74 /100 B & J Pizza - S Padre Island Dr. (Restaurant) 6335 S PADRE ISLAND DRIVE I like the one on staples better. It’s an old building, not too clean, kinda small in the pizza ordering room, customer service is pretty good to ok. Second best selection of beer in Corpus. |
88 /100 Liquid Town (Beer Store) 4141 S. ALAMEDA ST I’m thankful to the Lord for this Liquid Town. This place have the best selection of beer in the city. I highly recomend this place on Everhart and Alameda to all my beer loving friends. My friend Cory FIGHTS for our beer! Thanks Cory. |
62 /100 B & J Pizza - S Padre Island Dr. (Restaurant) 6335 S PADRE ISLAND DRIVE It’s not a brew pub or cozy bar. More like two side by side stores, one food one bar, in a strip mall. The selection is one of the best in town however, with many unexpected beers on draft. I really haven’t been at night so the ambiance might be better than I’m giving credit for. |
90 /100 Liquid Town (Beer Store) 4141 S. ALAMEDA ST Very surprised to find a store like this in Corpus Christi. Has the best selection of beer in the whole city. If you need help choosing a beer ask for Corey. He will steer you in the right direction!
(notice: there are many liquid towns in CC. Make sure you go to the one on the corner of Alameda and Everhart for the best selection) |
100 /100 Liquid Town (Beer Store) 4141 S. ALAMEDA ST What a store!!!! This place has everything. The biggest beer, wine, and liqour selection in Corpus by far. They even have gourmet take out!!! The staff there knows there stuff too. Ask for Corey if you want some good advice. They literally have every beer that they can get. I didn’t believe it at first but its true. I had no idea a place in Corpus had this much great beer. Everything youd expect and a ton you didnt. If you want great beer in Corpus stop by Liquid town on Alameda and Everhart!!!!! |
