“A typical Wetherspoons with about 5 craft beers on tap. Free WiFi. There's outdoor seating too if the weather is good.“

“Visited on Saturday 19th December 2015. Micro pub on the main drag up from e railway station just a couple of minutes walk. One roomed affair with small bar. 5 cask ales available with a range of light and dark. 13 ciders available too. Pork pies and snacks provide the sustenance. Tasting flight of 3 thirds for price of a pint too. Staff were friendly. Nice simple decor. Place was busy without ever being busy. It’s a great spot and is well recommended.“

“Visited late on a Saturday night in December 2015. It’s a large Spoons, decor looked decent. Christmas offerings plus the usual tat on cask at the bar. Place was heaving with the majority of the yoof in Driffield in the bar. Service wasn’t bad considering. Prices good and beer condition was good. A decent Spoons.“

“At the north end of the main shopping street, just past where the market sets up and the mini roundabout. This pub is in a newly built building and although there’s nothing beautiful about it, it fits in well enough with its surroundings. It’s a low ceiling Wetherspoon with a fair ground floor space to sit and enjoy. The bar is set back in the middle of the pub and sports a couple of rows of real ale pumps along its long service area. The decor is traditional with a plusher finish than usual and was doing well getting people in for its weekly curry night promotion on my visit.“
