“This is really out in the boonies in rural Southeastern New Hampshire. You have to be looking for it to find it. But once you get there it is like stepping into the past. A tiny 2-room red building behind a 19th Century farm is where you will find the brewery. Quaint. A family affair (the brewer’s wife painted the sign). When you park your car take care not to run over one of the many chickens that scramble around the yard. And you will see some lovely horses soaking in the sun. Tim, the owner, takes pride in his work and he is more than happy to talk about his beer and the brewing process. The tasting room has no taps but Tim will crack a bottle if you want to try something. Hops grow along the outside of the building. It was about $6 per 22 oz. bottle. There were 5-6 beers to choose from as well as some Belgian Mare tee-shirts. No food when I was there but they were selling farm fresh eggs to take home. Don’t forget to sign the guestbook. This to me is what nano-brewing is all about.“

“I stopped by here today for the heck of it while on a motorcycle ride. Small place in a barn behind a house on a back road next to the middle of nowhere NH. I had a Quick tour, a couple of samples, and lots of conversation with the owner. Well stocked sampling/merchandising area. Reasonable pricing. I brought home 5 of his beers and look forward to spending a bit more time with them.“
