“Shop by the brewery. All bottles. About 15 varieties covering most major styles from bitter to barleywine. Plenty of fruit beers. Good place to throw in couple of creative brews while your wife is busy with shopping in the Fidenza Outlet Village round the corner.“

“This small brewery and shop is easy enough to find and has the added benefit of having a local cheese shop next door. They offered over two dozen different house beers to go and poured me a ’thank you’ beer of my choosing from the small refrigerated selection. Quite friendly service.“

“Visited the 6th May 2016 - this shop is on a commercial place in Fidenza. Small shop with nice race of Toccalmatto beers. Price are correct. Friendly staff and good service. Maybe a small taproom will be for funny and friendly...“

“Bruno was an amazing host, gave us a brewery tour and let us try whatever we wanted from their tap list inside. Inside the brewery is a small bottle shop where you can pick up all of their offerings. Probably 20 different beers to choose from in 750mL format. Beers are delicious: Belgian, American, and English styles with some nifty twists. Bruno has a barrel aging setup downstairs. The young, soured Wild Bretta Imperial Russian Stout was lightyears better than the first bottled batch. Very cool place. I loved visiting and was treated like royalty. They sell some pretty nifty artisanal honey and other local stuff.“

“Small store located near a shopping centre. Only bottles available, in the restaurant next to it are some taps available, but it’s not run by the brewery itself. It’s possible to taste some out of some open bottles though. Very nice people running the shop, without asking I got some extra. Now that’s for generosity! A must visit to collect all the beers they have at least!“

“Microbrewery right off the A1 highway. Very open parking, the front is more of a store then tap room. However Bruno Carilli was more then happy to let us sample a few of his extreme brews. At this point they are one of cutting edge brewers in Italy. I definitely recommend a stop, even if its out of the way on your travel plans, you won’t be disappointed.“

“Bruno Carilli was a logistics guy and malt buyer for Carlsberg, until he founded this place in October of 2008. His beers are extremely creative, well beyond the German styles that more unadventurous Italian breweries make. He is expanding his storage area to accommodate grappa and wine casks, and if the samples he shared with us are any indication, Bruno will surely soon be one of the top brewers in the country! He is generous with his samples at their small tasting area, and he has many loyal local fans. Definitiely worth a stop, it’s just off the autostrada and easy to find.“
