“Worn interior but it looks like a regular pub. Selection was quite bad as you could only get one macro cider and a couple of macro lagers. Only worth visiting for the tick.“

“Pretty crappy pub but there aren’t really any good ones around. I did manage to find a new tick in the form of an alcohol free Portuguese lager. No cask and no craft. Dark brown interior. Worn down place.“

“Basically, a pub. Limited selection of beers, but a quick googling doesn't really offer too much better ones in Gibraltar. Stopped here for ice cream. Nicely located, but then, Main Street is packed with places.“

“This one of like 6 "British" or "Irish" pubs on or near Main Street. The usual suspects on tap - Guinness, Strongbow, London Pride, Stella, etc. A few bottles in the fridge, mostly Spanish with an occasional Brew Dog bottle. If you get lucky you'll find Proper Job on tap.“

“Restaurant close to the main street. The beer selection is poor, but the Bushy’s Gibraltar Beer is available here. The food is good at the staff is friendly.“

“On the same floating harbour building as the short-lived Gib Gun brewery, this gin bar, bistro and sun trap (when the sou-westerly is not blowing) is currently the best beer venue in Gibraltar, a British colony where the beer scene more generally is trapped in the 1970s. A great place to sit when they turn down the music. Some way ahead of the second best beer place currently though the odd craft bottle or three is starting to crop up on 'the Rock'.“

“Visited January 2019 in fine weather. sat outside on the patio and hadde apple pie, ice cream and coffee (I was driving). The beer selection appeared not to be remarkable, but might still be one of the better in Gibraltar.“

“Rather small place inside with a bit rundown feel. Decent patio outside. Typical beer selection for a pub. Beer quality was good despite my initial feeling that it would be a problem here. Decent service. Given the problem of choice of pubs in Gibraltar this one is not so bad.“

“Take away Imbiss in der Bergstation. Fantastischer Rundumblick und es gibt das Gibraltar Bier eiskalt aus der Flasche. Dafür lohnt es sich allemal und ach ja: die Affen rennen hier auch überall herum!“

“Large restaurant located in downtown Gibraltar. Selection of beers isn’t that exciting but it is better than most other place in town with some Bushy’s beer and other English classics. Food was really good and prices are really fair comparing to other option in Gibraltar. Excellent service and nice patio.“

“Best place I visited on this visit to Gibraltar. Widest range of beers seen (OK still not that wide but better than anywhere else I saw) very friendly and efficient service, and excellent food. It’s a British style pub inside with outside seating on Main Street which was usually busy but the added bonus at the back is a big conservatory with additional patio seating for dining and drinking, an escape from busy Main Street offering shelter from the hot sun.“

“Great location on Main Street where you can sit outside in the sunshine and watch Gibraltan life walk by whilst drinking one of the alas uninspiring available beers. Service and food were fine but pretty poor selection of beers.“

“Located close to the cable car station and Botanical Gardens this was a good stop off point before going up the Rock. Nice garden setting, very friendly service, an OK range of commercial beers/ciders (by Gibraltar standards) and very good/reasonably priced food.“

“Traditional English pub but in glorious Gibraltar sunshine. Large patio area on the square opposite The Convent on Main Street. Beer range is ok - by Gibraltar standards anyway, Gibraltar not being renowned for its choice! Service was friendly, and efficient, Menu of typical pub food not expensive. Worthy of a visit if in Gibraltar.“
