“Leuke locatie alleen de service laat veel te wensen over. veel te veel personeel dat niet weet welke tafel bediend dient te worden. Wacht tijd eer je kon bestellen was heel erg lang, Eten, met name de grote tosti’s zijn aan te bevelen.“

“Visited because I could, but I was also looking for very local ticks. The place is small and there’s not a lot of beer, but of you’re around you just have to visit this place. Very friendly owners who also are the complete staff it seems. A couple of local ticks but that’s about it. Nice idyllic place though.“

“Visited when the highway I should have normally taken was closed and I was forced to take another route home. Since I was already on a detour I decided to go for a little sightseeing in the country and visit this place while I’m at it anyway. Quite small inside, decent sized terrace. Think the place was packed with locals who had been there since the day before. They seemed to have a lot of fun but had no idea how loud they were. Oh well, probably more often than I realise I’m that annoying loud dude. But the place did have sphere for sure. The selection isn’t great -the usual suspects from Belgium and a couple of German weizen- but their own beers are ok. And you can’t get them anywhere else of course. Service made some mistakes but they were friendly and seemed to try their best. Weird, interesting and funny place in a village that appears to be ideal for tourists. A fun experience.“

“The best place for beer in the fortress town of Heusden. The only place I’ve seen that has Heusden’s only craft beers, Stef’s Stout and Pim’s Wit. A good place to pick up some local bombers and some jenevers to go with them.“

“I came here because they brew their own beer. Unfortunately they only had one available. Small place, room for smokers, ok selection of Belgians, no Dutch beers. Music was way too loud. This place made the Top 100 of Cafe’s in the Netherlands for some unexplained reason.“
