“This store has a fairly good selection of beer and is usually well stocked. The staff is very service minded and friendly. However,at peak hours like Friday afternoons, the store appears understaffed if you need help or make/get special orders. Anyway the problem with this store is the customers. Kista is slowly but surely becoming something of a bad neighborhood. You nowadays have to leave ID to get a shopping cart, because apparently the customers would otherwise keep stealing the carts. The store being placed inside a shopping mall, you would need a cart to get any large orders to your car. Another problem is the somewhat unpleasant constant presence of alcoholics that hang out outside or in the store. This mainly because there is a food-court and plenty of seating just outside the store where they can spend their time. Kudos to the staff having to deal with all this, Kista is probably one of the most challenging locations to work in at the Systembolaget chain.“
