“Visited several times. Worth adding to ratebeer because they have a selection of bottles from Crave Cave at nearby Averøy. Although the reason to go haunting for these beers would probably more be for thicks than for their great taste. The reataurant is located on a tiny islet with a bridge over to it. Their kitchen and their service is excellent!“

“Visited a few times. A restaurant at the quayside. Worth adding to ratebeer because of their menu of bottles of some medium heavy to heavy beers from Haandbryggeriet. Good food, nice atmosphere and a view of the sea. Great service!“

“Formerly known as Bar å sånn. A hotel bar at Quality Hotel Grand. Their selection is limited to a few beers from industrial macros. Nothing interesting. They do host events, such as their popular quiz.“

“Visites many times. 13 beers in total from Trollbryggeriet, Lofotpils, Ægir, Crave Cave, 7 Fjell and Nøgne Ø. Also around 50 beers from industrial macros.“

“Visited frequently. They specialise in wine, while Vinmonopolet Futura specialise in beer. However, they do have a decent beer and cider selection, with a good variation of Norwegian micros. They regularly stock up with some of the new and one-off cans from these micros. Their service is superb!“

“Visited a few times with colleagues. Six or seven taps witj industrial Carlsberg brands and products, including Frydenlund, Dahls and Brooklyn. They serve very decent Norwegian pub food. However, I can recommend going around the corner to Hjørnet for a much better beer selection and a nice atmosphere.“

“Probably the best selection of any grocery shop in Kristiansund. Over 100 bottles and cans, and most of them from micros. These includes Nøgne, Ægir, Nøisom. Trollbryggeriet, Bådin, Fjellbryggeriet, Kinn, Lervig, Røros and Sagene.“

“Visited many times. This is one of two wine monopolies in Kristiansund, and it’s the one specialising in beer. They have a decent selection, particularly from Norwegian craft breweries. This includes specials in limited editions.“

“Visited several times. The most interesting bar for craft beer in Kristiansund, which doesn’t say much. Their taps are rather bland, but they have an excellent and ever-changing can and bottle selection. They usually stack the new specials from Monkey Brew, and their prices are quite reasonable. Nice atmosphere, particularly during the early evening when it’s quiet and one can have conversations in a low voice.“

“Visited in early June 2018. The location was the best thing with this place, as it's located in central Kristiansund at the harbor and with a nice view from the 2 floor. The food was ok but nothing to write home about and the beer selection was rather boring. Hansa IPA, Heineken, Austmann Hoppy Blonde on tap. Around 20 bottles including Nogne 2 Captains Double IPA, Nogne Brown Ale, Brooklyn Lager, Corona, Efes, BrewDog Punk IPA.“

“Visited in late May 2018. Located in the same shopping mall as Vinmonopolet and close to Scandic Hotel in the city centre. The store itself was quite big with all kind of groceries and with a decent beer selection, at least for being a grocery store in Norway. I only bought a couple of cans from Svalbard Bryggeri but I did notice bottles and cans from Nogne, Lervig, Hogna Brygg, Kinn, Randhav and others.“

“Visited in late May 2018. A rather small shop with an ok selection. Located in the city center in a small shopping mall. I did buy some bottles from Baathbryggeriet, Voss, Amundsen, Haandbryggeriet and Lervig.“

“My goodness…what happened here. I was looking for this place because Gunnar had given it such a good score.
Quite horrible selection at my visit. Guinness and one Nøgne Ø on tap. And a very tiny bottle selection.
The place is not hard to find. Located at the harbor and city center of Kristiansund. 2 floor restaurant and a perfect view of the harbor. Also a kind of a patio.“

“Located in the corner of a big shopping mall. Entrance floor, and not far away from vinmonopolet. More or less just a tick. Disappointing low beer selection. Not very hard to find, and probably ok if you are a tourist.“

“Very small and not really a good selection either.
But you can find som rare beer from Randhav here. Stronger and probabalt at the same price as in a grocery store.
But you will surely find a better selection at Mætt & Go Landhandleri at the square by the harbor. But just 4,7%“

“Brazilian restaurant with a decent bottle selection,seating for 70 on 2 levels. Bric a brac interior,strange classic rock muzak with vocals. Brazilian inspired food menu, attentive and service minded personell. 25 different beer in bottles, amongst them Nøgne Ø, Kinn and Ægir.“

“Restaurant with a great view over Kristiansund harbour. 3 beers on tap, amongst them Weihenstephaner Weiss and Nøgne Ø IPA, which makes this the best beer spot in Kristiansund. Founded in 2014, this place got ambitions to be THE place in town. Modern bar interior, panorama windows,blue neon light in the ceiling, wooden floors, seating for about 100, small but good food menu, very good bottle selection, Ægir, Haand and Kinn amongst them. Recommended +“

“Probably the best store in Kristiansund, when it comes to Norwegian microbrews. Hubertus,Haandbryggeriet,Ægir,Nøgne Ø and Atna beers at my visit. Well worth a detour.“

“Just a regular grocery store, but they have a decent selection of grocery store strength beers from the biggest players. Nøgne, Ægir, Lervig and Haand. Don’t think they stocked any Kinn beers. Unless you’re into some maritime business I doubt you’re going to Kristiansund anyway, but if you do, this is probably the best place to get the weaker beers. Else you’ll have to trust Vinmonopolet, but I didn’t go there.“
