“Visited early-February on a Saturday afternoon with Mrs. Owl and her family. Nice place, clean, comfortable, cozy, albeit small in the winter because you don’t want to sit outside. Parking blows (all street parking) but I suppose that’s not their fault. The bartenders were a mix - one or two could answer questions and make suggestions but the token hot chicks working would ask the other two. Free popcorn! Beers range from mediocre to good - nothing was terrible, nothing blew my mind. Mrs. Owl’s family digs this place and the distillery next door, so I’m sure we’ll be back.“

“Beautiful location right on the Mississippi River. Good beers. Served in glass inside, plastic outside. Weird vibe the afternoon I visited, place was well attended but no energy in the room. Asked for some tasers, on one beer they refused. Bad form.“

“Nice, slightly hipster-area river-view spot.....street parking.....order-in food...cool green LED accents around bar....open, airy....really nice little spot.....12 taps, heavy on stout choices.....friendly staff, attentive and well-informed on their beers....wish I’d had more time to stay and sample more.....a nice little hidden gem.“
