“So finally been here.. Worth the Drive from Montreal.. The place is located on the side of a golf course. Old new England vibe, big taproom with veranda. Service was top notch. Huge beer selection from Belgium and elsewhere, on tap and in bottles. Draft are expensive but you will get some whales here. Food was delicious, the chimay burger with Maytag blue cheese was great. A must.“

“Did this place live up to it's reputation? Yes, and surpassed it. Situated on a golf course, about an 1 1/2 hours north out of Portland. Looks like a nice country inn from the outside, inside carries more of that vibe, as well as a cozy little bar straight out of a British pub. Taplist carries a wide variety of Belgian styles, as well a smattering of local craft beers. The cooler case is behind the bar, but I was welcomed to come around the bar and look through it. That's where the good stuff is, although I believe there's a private basement bar with the very best stuff. Service was prompt and friendly. The owner saw my Rate beer shirt and gave me a dusty bottle from the basement, a1997 Chimay Bleu. Just an amazing place, I spent much more time there than I had planned, soaking up the atmosphere. I can check this off of my bucket list. 5 stars.“

“Cool spot in the middle of nowhere. Food was pretty good albeit pricey. Decent tap selection, almost entirely imported. Nothing mind blowing beer wise. The best beer I had, by far, was a black Albert variant, but it was around $15 for a small pour. The cooler had a Cantillon gueuze which was probably the “rarest” beer they had. Worth a visit if you’re in the area, but probably not worth an out of the way trip.“

“Imagine a small European pub transplants itself into a small town in Maine. There you go.... great beer selection.... food is even better.... service is top notch. Cool vibe, good music, easy parking. Overall: I have been wanting to go here for ten years....knocked it off the bucket list.“

“Well, this was on the must-visit list for years and I finally made it. Out in the middle of nowhere and situated right next to a beautiful golf course. Rustic feel inside, with a pretty small interior and additional outside, covered seating. Pretty spectacular taplist, largely of Belgian styles, including some lambics and other Belgian beers. No flights, but they'll do half-pours of anything and give free samples. Prices are high ($10-15 for a full-size pour), but given the beer list, is more or less warranted. We didn't eat, as it's a pretty meat-heavy menu and is expensive. Worth hitting if doing the drive from Burlington, VT to Portland, ME or vice versa.“

“Hmmm, how to rate this place? To begin, it is in the middle of fucking nowhere. As stated before, a very solid 88-90/100 place. The vibe is so particular, the food is more than decent (had the chicken and the pasta with pesto), the service is impeccable and the beers, well, that's just crazy. A nice selection on draught. Both Belgian en US beers. Very decent prices as well. All in all, most certainly recommended, but, it's a long drive. And then of course there's the situation when you know Chris. I know this review is a biased opinion, but that's what these reviews are for of course. Whenever you get to know this crazy health freak, he is a world class, unseen, top notch host. You can only adore this guy, family, place (read: cellar). I hope to be back one day, if not soon enough, see you soon in Belgium Chris. My treat.“

“Lovely place with a great selection of beers. There are no words that can describe the food, it's just amazing! Try their lobster roll, it is heaven... Chris, Jen and their staff are also super friendly and will welcome you with open arms. Overall it IS the best beer place in the US.“

“Ah, the rating of all ratings on my trip. The reason we came here, and the place where we hang out for about 4 days. We visited for Belgian Beer Dinner + Night of the great thirst. Let me tell you about the actual bar first ( in between those events ) since that better reflects the experience you will find usefull in a place rating. The bar is rather small, but they have biigger seating area in the back and on the side, as well as outside. Service is done by some amazingly friendly girls, who aren't as much of beer experts as Chris and his spaus, but still quite enjoyable to have as staff ! the beers on tap were a mixture between mostly BE beers, as well as some US beers I found interesting to try ! The bottle list was indeed a bit more limited than what you would expect. They had some great beers though, so you will find something you like. prices are very honest ! The food here is absurtly good. this is for sure one of the best places I ever ate. I don't like steak, but i LOVE their stake. I crave their lobster roll every day since I left. literally anything can be picked, you will love it. Next up, the events. Belgian beer dinner is probably the best dinner i have ever been to. it showcases Chris' passion and talents. Might be expensive, and far away, but do come here once ! you will not regret it and instantly get what Ebenezers is al about. As for the Night of the great thirst, thats just plain crazy. it is basically a full day of rare-lambic whale shooting, and a few days of crazy bottleshares around it. Absolutely keep in mind though, DO NOT come here unless you KNOW they're open ( how rediculous is it to come down, downrate the place cause they weren't open, when they never even stated anywhere they would be open at the given time ??? ) since it really IS the middle of nowhere... A place called nature ! Second, if you are one of the Lucky ones that gets to see the cellar, it is really amazing to see. However, do not come here and instantly expect for you to be welcomed in their personal house ( and cellar ) as it is a given right... it is an extra you could hope for, but never demand...“

“Aaand here it is. Place rating #1000, and it is the highest rated place in America. I spent the previous night in Portland and drove up here for lunch on my way back to Burlington, so it was only a half hour out of my way or so. Agreed with Borken that that is about the best you can do for most of humanity. I had a bit of a scare about opening; the phone number listed above no longer plays a message when they are closed and the times I called I just got nothing. My emails were never answered. Fortunately they did respond on my last resort (facebook) after a day or so confirming they would be open. When I arrived the placard out front advertised new 7 days per week opening hours of 11:30AM-9PM (bar open later) You are really out in the boonies here; barely cell phone service (nothing at all inside actually), surrounded by trees and a country club golf course. Loads of deer flies and mosquitos to keep you company though. Plenty of parking - the lot itself is not large but there is parking on the approach. When I pulled in it looked like the gravel lot was full of broken glass, but its just Mica - no worries.

The sign has been updated from the one on the picture; its black and white; an old man in a rumpled tophat holding a lantern. Presumably Ebenezer Scrooge?? It is also called just Ebenezers now, but I am not going to be the one to change it here, given the iconic nature of this place!

Walk up an it seems a bit like you are coming up on somebodies house. Find the correct entrance and step in to the covered patio, which is nice and offers views of the golf course. Step inside from there and there is a seating area and a fairly small bar. The place certainly had customers, but was not busy on a Friday at lunchtime. Most folks seemed like locals to me with the exception of one neckbeard and his wife who were clearly here because of the place’s iconic status in beer nerddom. Lots of people came and picked up to go orders. Two sided tap list was pretty interesting indeed, fairly IPA focused which seemed strange. About 2/3 of the beers were New England in origin, but there were a smattering of other things ranging from the obvious (St Bernardus 12) to the unusual (a 2012 keg of Makers Mark Riporter). Lively brewing was well represented on the list, but was not explicitly advertised as the owners brewery. Tap beers were available in full or half pours, no taster glass sizes, although they will give you a Danish pour of anything you want to try, literally in a small shot glass. I asked about the bottle list and was directed to the coolers, which held an interesting, but not mind-blowing, set of Belgian and others. Nowhere near 1000+ bottles; perhaps 100? Cantillon and De Cam were well represented, along with vintages of things like Pannepot. Nothing shot out as a must try so I did not ask about prices. I did not ask and was not offered a glimpse at the rumored private cellar. I have no idea whether there is some secret handshake into the Ebenezar Kezar private cellar, but just being able to visit the place was a lot of fun, even without being read in to the full monte experience.

Service was cheerful and helpful. I did not get the feel that my server had any deep understanding of beer, but she recognized that I was a beer dork quickly and let me do my thing. Food (I had a Cobb Salad) was amazingly fresh and tasty. I would not be surprised if everything on my place was sourced from within 30 minutes. Carrot slices were cut into butterflies, which my kids would have loved. All in all an outstanding beer destination, and well worth the (likely one time) visit in celebration of my 1000th place review on RateBeer. Given that I have already been to Grote Dorst, I am not sure what I could do for #2000, but I have a while to think about it I guess. Sante!“

“So, we "only" drove a half hour each way out of the way to get here. Considering we’re from California, that is probably about as good as a tourist/traveler can do. We came from Moat Mountain after hiking in Crawford Notch. The very odd backroad way the GPS advised us to take actually paid off as we saw some black bears ambling across the road. Neat!

Anyway, yeah, this place is kind of in the middle of nowhere. Sort of a bucket list beer place for me as well, since it was one of those mystical places when I first started getting really into beer. Small parking lot and pretty modest sized outdoor dining room and bar as well. Very cozy and homely. Seems the Belgian beer festival had ended just a few days prior, so a lot of Belgian beers still on draft and bottles in the cooler.

The draft list was pretty eclectic and actually had a handful of beers from Lively Brewing (the owners’ brewery). Now, I’m sure that the cellar here is insane and if you know the right people, you can get just about anything you might want. I would say the draft list and bottles available during our visit were certainly very much above average and had some nice finds. But I guess considering the unreasonable hype that surrounds this place, it was impossible to meet those expectations.

The women working the bar were incredibly friendly and helpful. Happy to let us, and other patrons, try any beers before committing to a purchase. I appreciated that as some of the beers were quite expensive (many at $10 or $12 for maybe 8 to 10 ounce pours).

I really enjoyed my visit here, but I would caution those that come here expecting to be able to just order every rare beer they can imagine on a whim and have it appear in front of them. If you want that, you probably should try to make some sort of arrangement ahead of time. Otherwise, just show up and drink some good beers.“

“I thought this would be a good place for my 500th review (gold explorer). So many opinions...mostly good...some not. Some of the ones that aren’t good...I can at least understand...others maybe not. Cutting to the chase though...as it concerns my visit...I had a really fine experience. For me after one visit...it’s not a 100..but easily the 96 I gave it. If I come back and have some more in depth experiences I will rate higher...but I don’t automatically expect to get those on a first visit...even given the long drive. I feel bad for someone who came from another country and only had one shot...and it didn’t work out for them they way they’d hoped. I came with the attitude that I’d like this place...maybe a lot...and if less than a lot...I’d come back again (I realize that’s not easy for many...but the place deserves that kind of attention..."and" patience). As far as service...My wife and I were fortunate to get a seat at the bar at about 5:30PM on Sunday evening of this past Memorial Day weekend. I’m sure that helped with the service we got (our bartender/server was amazing!). I could see that many of the tables were being served by younger waiters/waitresses...that "may" have not been as beer savvy as a long traveling beer nerd (like myself) might have hoped for. As for the food...the spicy tuna sashimi in avocado flowers and Ponzi sauce was freakin amazing! My wife had the fish and frites and I had the house burger...with English Stilton, bacon, avocado on a brioche...it was cooked perfectly. Now for the beer...I drank a couple of the "Lovely" drafts...a hoppy one...and a hempy one. My wife had the amazing Piccolo...which I shared with her. I finished with the incredible Black Albert. All in all...we came on a great night...and had a great time. I couldn’t have been more pleased had I been visiting a place that had a rating average of 85-95...but of course given it’s a 100 in so many people’s books and given the history and all the awards...well of course I came away wanting an even better experience...wanting even more...but that’s not a negative for me...it’s a reason to come back.“

“I’d agree this place is a little overrated.

The good... it’s a very small, quaint, inviting place, comfortable. Excellent tap selection. Lots of bottles, including rarities. Tasty food, reasonable price.

The bad: the service. I was met with a condescending decline when I asked for a bottle list. The response when my friend my asked for a menu substitution was troubling to say the least.

Overall, this was a little disappointing, but hopefully that experience was atypical. Still worth a stop.“

“To sum it up, I’d call this place a very good bar that is very overrated. That being said, it is still a great bar with a great selection of Belgian beers, but I don’t feel I experienced the "best beer bar" in the country. I don’t think they have as many Belgian beers on tap as they used to, as they have several taps devoted now to their own beers from Lively brewing. Several from Allagash and 1 or 2 from Oxbow brewing (definitely worth a trip if you’re in Maine) as well. The Lively brewing beers were good, most seemed about average for a craft brewery. I didn’t try anything that I had to have again. A good bottle selection, could be close to 80-100 or so in the cooler. As for the beer cellar, forget it ... staff said only the cooler was available, and there’s no list. So you have to peer over people sitting at the bar to even see what might be in there. What good is a world class beer cellar if you can’t buy and drink anything out of it? We aren’t rating private collections here. The food was good, and the service was great, but they seemed to know little about the actual Belgian beer that was on tap or what bottles were available. The beer was a little pricey, but that’s to be expected. I’m willing to pay more if the value was there, but most of the bottles I saw were available in my local bottle shop. So it’s hard to justify the standard "bar" markup, plus another 20% or so on a beer that is already $15-$20 in your local bottle shop. Atmosphere was very nice. I’d certainly go back again .... with my expectations a bit more realistic this time :).“

“What a great place! In the middle of nowhere but we stopped by on our way to Jackson, NH. The place itself has a great ambience, the staff was very friendly and the selection was very good. Loads of Belgian stuff of course but also a very good tap list with good variation including several beers from Oxbow and Allagash. Got a chance to speak to the owner, Chris, who was very friendly and who has a greater passion for beer than most. If we follow the Guide Michelin principles, this is a three star: worth a trip of its own.“

“Visited here over a two years ago with jrallen34. With both had high expectations of this place but didn’t live up to for us. Way out of the way from anything and we showed up was understaffed for a Friday at lunch time. We came hoping to meet the ownership, chat about beer and drink some great beer, overall a few winners on tap but the beer cooler of bottles available to us were things we generally have access too. The real draw is being able to try something from the cellar bottle list however she did not have access to it nor could locate anyone who did. My friend, based on recommendations, emailed (over 3+ times) ahead to the owners to see if they were going to be around during our visit but never received a response after 3 to 4 emails. We had plans to go regardless of the lack of response but left disappointed and as he said likely will never be back. When you are known for your tap list and unbelievable beer cellar that makes you a top 50 beer destination, not being able to access anything from there without the owners lends itself to an above average beer bar but not world class. Believe me, we saw the bottle list which was outstanding and asked about getting anything outside of what was in the beer cooler but told they had no access to get anything from cellar. I’ll say, I’ve been very fortunate to have traveled all around the world and US to visit some of the best beer destinations and you have to be able to meet the level of expectations of your clientele most of the time. We did everything we were told to help ensure we had a unbelievable visit and probably should have never went but its so far away from anything making a hard place to visit for even the most adventurous beer nerd. I read a few of the reviews where everything was perfect attacking people’s reviews like my friend and I’s saying we are just being obnoxious, well, if I showed up met the ownership there chatting about there place, beer and cellar, getting an opportunity to see the cellar and sharing a beer or two from there would not only have met but exceeded our expectations. Again, we reached out based on recommendations of others to try and coordinate with the owners with hopes of having those same experiences but unfortunately just didn’t work out and too far away to visit on even an infrequent basis.“

“Ebenezers was the best part of a great birthday weekend in the Maine and NH mountains. Before I went I’d obviously heard of all the hype, but even so it lived up to expectations. The ambiance is just right for the Maine woods and it helps balance the world-class beers on offer. And man do I mean world class! The draft list read like a beer collector’s private fantasy, with rare belgians, imperial stouts, and even a straight up Whale (Pannepot Wild) all ON TAP, and that’s before you even start getting lost in the bottle list. This is the real deal, and an experience any beer afficianado needs to have at least once.“

“I guess all these haters don’t know how to enjoy the woods.... This place lived up to all the hype and all the visions of what it would be like I had made up in my head. First off it’s a beautiful setting in the woods. The place is yes small but this is not a bad thing unless you are so snooty that you are too good to talk to the people around you. The beers on tap were amazing, some from their newly opened brew pub, and TONS of great Belgian’s on tap. Some I have had in bottles others I had never even heard of, and all were delicious. Chris and his lovely wife were there and chatted with us for a good amount of time. Chris even was nice enough to take my wife and myself down into the hallowed ground of the cellar. This was possibly the most incredible beer cellar I have ever seen, Thomas Hardy’s from 68. Every sour you could think of, especially cantillion . I would come back to Maine just to go drink a few consecutive nights here!“

“Let me start by saying my expectations were really high so as soon as I placed a foot inside, I knew it wouldn’t be close to my expectations. The place is quite small. They have a small fridge which consists of Belgian beer but really not that much. They also have some beer on tap. The first 2 I wanted to order they didn’t have it. We got there around 8h30 PM and kitchen was already closed. One of the barmaid was kind enough to give us some chips. The chips were homemade and not that good and anyway we wanted a full meal. Location of this bar is far from everything and in the woods, almost a scary location. We won’t be going back.I think that place is overrated.“

“I was staying within an hour of Lovell, so of course had to check out the famous Ebenezer’s. And truly, it’s well worth the drive, given the paucity of decent places in the area. Chris and Jan were on their way back from Brunswick, so I missed seeing them and the famous cellar, but no complaints here. My brother-in-law and I sat at the bar, got great service, and relaxed over several tasty beers. I’d definitely return if I were back in the area, but it wouldn’t be worth coming up from Portland or further unless it was during a festival.“

“Visite un vendredi soir, assez tranquille, ambiance confortable qui s’est métamorphosé en frat boys night un peu plus tard. La sélection de fût était très solide, beaucoup d’Italienne et belge rares. Chris a été particulièrement disponible et la visite du cellier a été particulièrement animée. Une fois le temps de manger, la bouffe était plus qu’adéquate et les assiettes qui circulaient avait de la gueule. J’ai déjà hâte d’y retourner pour traverser la tap list.“

“Amazing place in the middle of nowhere. Ordered a Struise Ypres on tap after walking in and Chris proceeds to lay out a whole pannepot taster flight in front of me with 4 different pannepot titles. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, he lays out an Italian Toccalmatto flight to taste his newest exclusive import. Gave an extended tour of the incredible cellar down below as well. “First time at the mythical Ebenezer’s Pub. Comfortable place in a small town. Ambiance is ok, but we went there on a Friday afternoon so it may explain the lack of ambiance. At your arrival, we were served a free small glass of an unidentified (but pretty damn good) lambic. After that service was average to good, but the owner took the time to let us visit is impressive cellar. Food was good, but not great. The draft selection was ok, but not more and it was really pricey. The bottle selection (what was available, not what was in the cellar) was good, but didn’t lived up to the reputation of the place. Overall, it’s a nice place and I think I would return, especially for the special event. But, on a normal day, I prefer Lion’s Pride and Novare Res (this place rocks!) in the area!“

“Nice little place with a farmhouse feel to it if you disregard the golfers just outside the window. Ambiance was good enough, service was OK. We got the mythical cellar tour with a friendly Chris (which was quite busy that day but still managed to guide us to the lambic room for us to choose or next and final libation). Taplist was good although some products on there could be priced a little better. Food was more than decent and the mysterious bottle that Chris pulled out to share with everyone was a nice touch. I still don’t know what it was to this time but my guess would be some unknown and rare fruit lambic if it is not "only" a vintage Fou’foune. I’ll most likely be back for some special events and I would most likely be a regular if I was a local but I would not plan my trip around it for now since there is so much other things to see and taste in the area.“

“Second trip...a year after the first. Service was excellent this time and Chris treated me to a quick tour of the beer cellar. Beer selection was improved and fully stocked this time! Awesome visit and I was pleased that things were much improved! I visited Ebenezers on a recent to trip to Maine and was super excited to go as I’m from PA and knew that this might be a once in a lifetime chance to visit. Excellent scenic and quaint out of the way location. The bar is situated on a beautiful scenic spot on a golf course in the woods of Maine in a small town of less than 1000. The atmosphere is relaxed...picnic tables on the screened porch and wood tables in a small and tight bar/restaurant that is dimly lit. Minimal tvs and no music...its about the beer. The beer selection is astounding...some tough to find stuff. But the prices reflect it...beer of this quality (we’re talking cantillon, struise, glazen toren, and many others) does not come cheap. The food was mostly good except my fish and chips entree which was soggy and undercooked inside. This may be explained by the high volume of the place and after talking with the owner who personally contacted me regarding this matter it seems to be the exception and not the rule. Service was a bit slow but it was likely tough to accommodate a crowd that was so amped over a Pats game. Id like mkre beer knowledge in my server but I’ve been spoiled by places in the philly area where there is a huge population to draw talent from...not so many beer phanatics in a town of 900. Hope I get there again one day to experience it again.“

“Went 2 hours out of the way to check out this highly hyped beer nerd destination and sadly it was a waste of time. I cannot recommend anyone making the trip without a confirmation from the owner that he will be there, if he responds to you. A similar theme of Lion’s Pride emerged as it was understaffed for a Friday, only one server for the whole place. The draft list was solid, but pedestrian compared to Lion’s Pride. A rare treat was Pannepot Wild, and an awesome Swedish pale ale. Outside of that, commonly available drafts. Bottles in front of the bar were common stuff available anywhere. The menu lists those beers and a few others that are supposedly available, like Cantillon. Alas, anything not in those fridges was accessible. The lambic cellar and the other cellar were off limits to view, and off limits to staff to get beers out of it. The food was basically that of Lion’s Pride, and frankly wasn’t as good. The server was nice and tried to be helpful knowing we came specifically to check out their cellar. However, she seemed more concerned about me writing a bad review, as she mentioned several times to me that she was worried I would write a bad review because I was unable to see what I came to see. I did message the owner about my coming in hopes of picking a time he would be there to ensure what happened to me, wouldn’t have happened. I got no reply weeks in advance. I take responsibility for still going and being disappointed. However, if you’re going to make your name as beer place with a sick cellar have access to it available at all times, not some random time. I feel cheated, my time was wasted, and sadly its so far out of the way, I’ll never be back.“

“Would you think that the "best" beer place in the world would. 1) Know how to spell Cantillon on their website menu? 2) Have enough respect for beer to not serve Budweiser? Whats wrong with this picture? .“

“There are plenty of great reasons Ebenezer’s is the number 1 beer bar in the world. First is the owners Chris and Jen run the place like a Swiss watch. I was there from a Wednesday to a Sunday during the 8th Annual Belgium Beerfest. Chris is a great guy, full of life, with a passion for great craft beer. Jen is as nice as they come and runs the service staff to perfection. Kudos to Maryanne and the entire staff. The location is part of the allure. A huge seating area and an outdoors that is located right on a golf course makes for the perfect place to have a few beers. Another great reason for Ebenezer’s success is the food. Chris is a world class chef and every dish, meal after meal was solid and top notch. I was made to feel at home and it was obvious I was appreciated and welcomed. Those attributes are important to me and Ebenezer’s does it right. I will be back as it is only short 20 hour drive from Atlanta. Rock on Eb’s!“

“A really cool place in the middle of nowhere in Maine. A lot of Belgian beers, plus some random foreign beers. The service was pretty fast even though we were there late. The food was good, especially the fries. The prices were a little expensive, but for this selection and atmosphere it was worth it. Did not get to tour the cellar, but I’ll try to go back to see it.“

“Out of the way drive from Portland, I wouldn’t want to do this in bad weather. Amazing tap list, good bottle list. The cellar, I hear its legendary but did not want to chance owner not being there if I returned late afternoon. Serviers very young and knew something about the beer, The place has a small feeling however there are many available tables and a large tentlike area outside. Very rare taps on, and I did what I could to have several higher alcohol ones. Hard to find on GPS. Small bar.“

“Took a detour with my wife on a Sunday afternoon trip back to Maine and boy am I glad we did ! Great lil gem tucked in the Maine woods along a golf course by Kezar Falls. We took a table inside so I could get a better feel for the operation and a better glimpse of the bars atmosphere. The draft list was great with lots of good selections that aren’t on draft at any of the other beer spots in Maine and that was encouraging knowing all the ME distributors and what they carry and then seeing what the Lively’s have acquired... it was obvious they make things happen and take care in their selections ! The food was fresh and a perfect compliment to the rustic bar atmosphere. My wife had a lobster roll and I had a killer chicken sandwich... we also split a salad and our waitress gladly split it into two dishes. After a few glasses and some nibbles we had the pleasure of a cellar tour with Chris who was a gracious host full of good stories and insights into the world beer scene. The Lambic bar will make you drool and its contents are museum worthy... World Class Bar for sure !“

“Tiny place. Overall ambience was good not great. Over-priced for a back woods bar. Menu doesn’t explain much about the beers they have. Food was good, only had appetizers though. Can say I’ve been there, but don’t feel a need to go back, despite summering/skiing in Mt. Washington Valley every year. My expectations were too high. Too bad.“

“Horrible expirience here. Way out of the way, but made the trek because i’d heard good things. The beer selection was weak, i wasn’t impressed. I asked multiple questions about beers on tap and was answered "i dont know" more often than not. Food was not very good, burger apperead (and tasted) like a premade frozen patty. Server was Missing in action for most the the time we were there and i had to wait an excessive ammount of time for my card to be returned to the table so i could leave. “

“Such an oddball out of the way location. I’m not sure there’s much I can add to this experience. Chris gave us a mindblowing tour of his cellar, including the brand-spanking-new Lambic room, which made me drool and cry. The draft list is probably the best deal here, with the bottles being rather pricey. The tour was awesome, but it was a bit of tease to see mindboggling beers and then not have a shot at them, not that I could afford it. The waitstaff was super attentive and kept tabs on me frequently. BEST MOTHERFUCKING FRITES EVER!!!! A wonderful summer afternoon experience, with great hosts and great beer in fitting glassware.“

“Went to Ebenezers at opening on the Sunday of Memorial weekend coming up from Hill Farmstead. Stayed for lunch, drinks and a gracious cellar tour shared by the owner Chris Lively who was very friendly and full of stories. Good food, awesome tap and bottle list with great service. I would love to come visit again.“

Encore merci Chris.“
