“Part of the Vintage Inns chain and suitably decorated in a very plush and upmarket design, this is a traditional English styled pub that includes an unevenly spread out mix of dining and drinking tables throughout its large ground floor area. The bar is central in the pub to the back wall and includes two permanent ales from Thwaites and a regularly rotating guest ale. Food is high on the agenda here for many and its large garden area is suitable for all the family, and given the car park is similarly big it’s no doubt a destination for many in the area. It’s difficult to get here by public transport and is a few minutes north-east of the small centre of Lymm.“
